An hour later, I felt like my head was going to explode — we couldn’t sleep. After multiple calls to reception, and after contacting the Hotel.com website they informed the hotel, they finally decided to change our suite.
The receptionist put the beach towels in a bag for other guests and told them it was a gift, while she handed the towels to us without a bag.
It was a very bad experience and the service was not pleasant. Everything had an extra charge — parking was €15 per night. They gave us beach towels for free, but if they got dirty, we had to pay extra to replace them.
Although I had already paid the tourist tax during the booking, I was asked to pay an additional €3 per person per night for myself and my family.
After four nights and with four people, we ended up paying €48 in tourist taxes.
