“THE PERSON INCHARGE OF THE PROPERTY IS THE BEST THING OF THIS PLACE. Very nice and always responsive. Owner you complain and still doesn’t want to refund you any money had to put a complain with the website to get money back 1.pool was not working 2.air conditioning wet all my things to the point of damaging my new clothes. Even my phone was wet was horrible 3.house had A VERY BAD SMELL OF GAS Lucky my dominican family knew how to close the gas and open when we needed 4.stove is not working...

“Las Terrenas was totally worth it. The property is fantastically located on a beautiful beach of COSON. The unit was as advertised but we did have some maintenance issues that were not resolved (blackouts in room 2 did not work, coffee maker was not functional). One low point to report was the food quality at hotel property for New Year's gala - might be one of the most overpriced, worst meals I've ever had. “This is our second time staying at the Palm House Villa. We love the location of this villa. Sets high on the ocean cliff. A quiet, rural setting with unmatched views of the mountains and ocean. We saw at least 20 whales over several days. 6 of the whales were within 150 meters of the coastline. The house is clean and above average for the area. Our host communicated well when we had questions and was very gracious. ”
