Palm Tree Cottage

Palm Tree Cottage på Erowal Bay (nära Jervis Bay) är det perfekta semestermålet att koppla av och varva ner. Denna stuga vid vattnet sover upp till 7 personer och ligger nära alla bekvämligheter i Jervis Bay National Park.

Titta på de magnifika solnedgångarna över vattnet i St Georges Basin från denna mycket bekväma två sovrum semesterbostad. Det har alla moderna faciliteter med 2 stora vardagsrum och ett solrum, fullt utrustat kök, badrum och tvättmöjligheter.

Beläget bokstavligen vid vattenkanten, har stugan intim utsikt över det orörda vattnet i St George's Basin och nationalparker.

Fiske / prawning, båtliv och simning finns 4 meter från huset. Eller slappna av på vattnet med det lokala fågellivet och vänliga känguruer. Den världsberömda Hyams Beach på Jervis Bay ligger bara 5 km bort.

Set på norra sidan av samma kvarter (upphöjd vid vägkanten) är Palm Tree Cottage syster boende SeaEsta. SeaEsta har fantastisk utsikt över bukten. Sovande upp till sex personer kan detta fristående nyrenoverade boende hyras separat eller tillsammans med Palm Tree Cottage. Perfekt för semester med en grupp vänner eller en annan familj. BETINGELSER:

1. Antal gäster ska inte överstiga 7 personer såvida vi inte meddelas, antingen muntligt eller skriftligt och betalt för. (Pris för ytterligare gäster endast på begäran).

2. Avgång - fastigheten ska lämnas i ett liknande tillstånd som dess skick vid ankomsten annars debiteras din obligation. till exempel lämnade mycket smutsiga, städare måste tvätta, fläckar på mattan, bränna märken på golvet, hål i väggar etc.

3. Parter och funktioner är strängt förbjudna.

4. Skador, skador och förlust av husets föremål är gästens ansvar under vistelsen och debiteras för gästerna.

5. Störning till våra grannar, inklusive alltför stort buller, är förbjudet och kan leda till uppsägning av uthyrning.

Beautiful Cottage and comfortable stay

We enjoyed our short stay and the stunning view of this water-front property. It is way more beautiful than than in the pictures. The property is very clean, looks like newly renovated, the sound of the water through out the day is very healing, overall excellent for short stay. A couple things that were uncomfortbale were getting down to the property from someone else's driveway is a bit tricky the first time and there is not enough bin space to throw the trash. Also, bringing your own sheets and towels is cumbersome, especially if people are flying in and not driving. Hiring from the owners is very expensive for 3 or 4 days. Other than that we highly recommend this cottage and will love to stay there again.

Great location

Overall okay stay. House is in a fantastic location, the house was overall quite unclean - inside okay however outside was littered with ciggerate butts and food. The photos include a fireplace,this is no longer in the house and some of the most uncomfortable matresses ive ever slept on.

Quiet waterfront retreat

The property was clean and comfortable in a beautiful spot. Close to beaches and town. Unfortunately the local coffee shop and general store had closed down (which was described on the property listing) but the nearest town was not far.

Pleasant weekend getaway

Perfect for our family of 3. Hosts were responsive to questions we had. The house itself was well equipped from kitchen appliances to variety of board games. The view of the water at priceless - amazing to see first thing in the morning and at sunset.

The house was good no where to sit outside if raining was stuck inside all weekend as it poured rain from the time we got there an awning out the front over veranda would be great or out back over door .Bedroom 1 leaking water drown wall from roof and sunroom Leaking as well .

Situated on the waters edge - wonderful. Property is tired and needs a refresh.

While there was a mix up initially, the location is great and the reason I chose the property. The property itself was disappointing. Understanding that it is likely a 1940s fibro fisherman’s cottage which has some charm, the interior requires updating. The 1970s stove and oven is not inviting and requires replacing. The sofa bed has a handwritten note stuck to the wall above it advising it is broken. Flooring and lighting need a refresh. The vertical blinds on the main viewing window is missing the wand mechanism to open/close and move the blinds. For the price, ice-trays and teabags would also be nice.

Wedding weekend away

Great for a short weekend away while we attended a Wedding in the area. If we could, we would have stayed longer. Property was clean and spacious for four adults and our 5 month old. The driveway is a little steep to get to property but it’s worth it to be located right on the water. Bub loved watching the waves and ducks swim by. Cute little waterfront property, recommend to stay!

Relaxing fun getaway - home away from home

It was a much needed vacay for chattier family after another year of the pandemic and lockdowns. We absolutely loved the location location location- breathtaking sunsets, morning water front views, sunset dips in the bay and exploring booderee national park. Location was perfect. Accomodation was basic but the view made up for it.

Location was perfect for kids! Lots of flies, spiders and Doona cover need to be washed before we used it. The outdoor dining table and chairs were dangerous for the kids to use as they had timber missing and nails exposed. The lounge was ripped (looked like dog claw marks) and there was no wifi which if your travelling and needing to work then it could be difficult. Would have been good to watch a movie one of the nights with the kids but smart TV wasn’t connected to wifi so couldn’t watch anything. No dishwasher and the kitchen equipment and cooking facilities were very basic. No tea or coffee supplied.

Beautiful getaway

We stayed from the 6th till the 10th of December for my birthday with my husband and 2 year old daughter. It was a very nice stay, location was perfect. The cob webs and dead flys on the window ledge as well as broken blinds were not nice to see. Also the smoke alarm in the kitchen when off all the time as theres no fan there while cooking. Maybe better to move it to a better location. Overall its a nice little place and would love to be back. Morning views, kangaroos, water and sun room were our highlights. Thanks for having us 😊

Great Retreat

Beautiful panoramic views of the water welcomed us into the home. Comfortable beds and furnishings contributed to our pleasure and relaxation. We enjoyed paddle boats and swimming in the water, just metres from the back door, and Hyam’s beach just 5 minutes in the car. We explored the Jervis Bay area, dined out at Huskisson and Vincentia, and found beautiful pottery just down the road! We can’t wait to visit again! Thank you :D
