“The room felt old and dirty. The breakfast was just sweet bread and other pastry bought at a wholesale. The bathtub was old and dirty. Repainted once upon a time and that pain has now started to fade. We realized the drains in the bathtub / shower didn't work properly when me and my 3 old son was gonna try the pool and needed to shower in our own room before. My son slipped and needed to go to the ER. There was no safety precautions for the bathtub. No bathtub mats or similar.

“This property owner took the time to make sure that the room was inviting and ready for travelers. There was a mini kitchen set up, it was clean and quiet. The staff greeted me upon arrival and helped me with the check in which was by phone and slightly confusing so I was glad he was there waiting for me to check in. He also said that he would be on the property for a little bit if I had any questions to let me know”
“Conveniently located to Lake Champlain waterfront and to the area’s key shopping. The Hotel is very quiet but only 2-3 blocks from the activities, restaurants and bars the students and visitors seem to frequent. The rooms were spacious, clean, modern and comfortable. They hosted happy hours and late afternoon snacks specializing on local cheeses.”

“Nice hotel a couple of minutes by car away from University of Vermont. Breakfast was excellent with many options. The complimentary cookies and milk at 8 pm in the lobby was appretiated! Lots of free parkingspots all around the hotel. ”

“I spent last weekend in the "Superior single room lake view." I'm a woman in her 30s traveling solo - in town for a wedding. The owner is very nice and welcoming (gave me a map and restaurant recommendations) and I felt safe walking to and from downtown Burlington from this location. Parking out front was easy. “Came for a business conference. Was able to check in a little early. My room had a beautiful view of the lake. It was very clean and quiet. Jazz band at night was wonderful. The $10 credit for the restaurant and coffee shop was nice. Walking distance to a number of restaurants, cafes and bars, plus the path around the lake. I didn’t have time to check out the museum or other attractions available.
