“Decent place to rest your head. Close to the park which is nice. Quiet neighborhood. Pet friendly. Host responded quickly to questions. We were supposed to check in no earlier than 4. Property mgmt. called and asked what time we'd get there and I told them 4:30. We arrived right at that time and the cleaning lady was still there. We killed time for a half hour then waited in the drive til she was done. Go in at 5pm. It's decently clean. However, there was no toilet paper anywhere to be found....

“House was very clean. Carpet felt clean. Beds mattress have a protective cover on, which i love. Furniture was clean and comfy. Only thing i didnt like was the bath sink and tub didn't have a drain plug and I was worried that a toothpaste cap or something would fall down the drain. But over all very pleased with this home. Affordable, clean, close to attractions. Thank you so much.”

“Communication with the host was virtually non-existent. The host did not provide a check-in email until I had to call the VRBO ask that they intercede in communicate with the host. We waited outside of the rental for nearly 20 minutes trying to figure the situation out. The host eventually emailed the door code and check in information. I had messaged the host days before asking about check-in cuz I had not received any information via email and no response. The rental itself was in good shape...

“We had a great stay. The property is clean and just like the photos show. Our only complaint would be road noise. Unfortunately, there was road construction. I think due to that closure more traffic than normal was by the house. No fault to the owner and hopefully they finish that up soon.”

“Great little cottage to stay in! Close to a lot of things but far enough away to not be crazy busy around it. Tons of local food joints. Lots of amenities inside so we didn't have to bring anything from home with us. Couple minor issues but the communication with the host was amazing to work with to get them remedied promptly.”

“Very clean. Pet friendly and short walk to the lake.Bunk beds were metal and very noisy when slept in.”

“Want to be run over by a train every hour? No thank you! What a miserable stay. Kitchen isn’t equipped with basic items. Unsanitary, no dish washer to sterilize the items. Everything is “hand” washed. No hood for the stove. No door on master bed room. If you stay here bring ear plugs. Oh yeah, host wants tips and asks you to sort trash and recycling. Would never recommend this place.”

“It was very well kept and stocked with supplies. Everything was nicely decorated and clean. There are stairs to climb up to the house that may make it difficult for a person who has health issues or are unable to walk up a set of stairs. It is a short walk to a kid friendly park and swim area with pretty views. The walk is easy unless you have a health issue regarding walking.”

“If you are looking for an extremely clean, well kept, and great location this is a wonderful choice. Right in the heart of the downtown area walking distance to restaurants and bars. Also, great area for a morning run or walk. The roof top patio was pretty with a nice view. Only issue is if you don’t like stairs. We would definitely stay again. Only issue is that if we brought my mother she wouldn’t be able to do all the stairs. Otherwise, the unit was amazing.”
