“House is spacious, clean, and pet friendly. We had plenty of room for our whole family to be together. We enjoyed using the garage to store beach supplies in. If you plan to use the kitchen to cook, come prepared with the kitchen items you need as there were not many basics available to cook multiple meals including measuring cups, cookie sheet, mixing bowls, pot holders, or strainer.”

“Super cozy house for a family stay! Close enough to town to walk to restaurants and shops. Clean and well stocked!”

“Loved the sleeping accommodations in the downstairs. All my seven grandchildren were able to sleep together and had a great time. Also, the pool was beautiful.”

“Great little place! We were traveling with our dogs, and this was exactly what we needed. Host was helpful and responded quickly when we had questions before our trip.”

“Had a wonderful stay here! The place was clean, comfortable, and very welcoming. The atmosphere made it easy to relax and enjoy the stay. Would definitely come back again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The property was very clean, decorately beautifully, and had everything we needed. The bottle of wine and snacks made for a nice welcome. The location and gorgeous view were beyond measure and the deck and yard are set up perfectly for watching the sunrise and relaxing by the bay. The owners are on site but that was not an issue because the space is very private. Highly recommend!”

“This is the most perfect house on the Cape and it has EVERYTHING!!!!!!!!”

“This retreat was clean, nicely decorated and the layout was spacious and open. The views of the water, woods, and wildlife were peaceful and relaxing, we especially enjoyed them from the patio deck and while relaxing on the comfortable outdoor furniture. The host was communicative and accommodating to our needs.”

“Loved the location and walking path across the way. Very comfortable and spacious home. Would definitely revisit again. ”

“Nice location, quiet neighborhood, comfortable, and clean with a feeling of newness. Nice time of year to enjoy the porch and there was plenty of room for our group of seven. Three couches in the basement! Easy to get to town or beaches, etc. Host was helpful and communicative.”
