âI wanna give them a 5 star super friendly staff but rooms feel outdated. AC is not working correct even if we tried to adjust and staff helped us to move to another room still same problem. Way to cold air blowing. No proper sleep and feel exhausted. Bed broke aswell and not comfertable. We had to take massage in order to feel relaxed.. food was Ok. But breakfast not worh it. Very poor and boring selection. Better to spend on local cafes / restaurant. Beach was good and clean.

âCheck in was simple. Received and email the day before trip with check in instructions and directions. The property was well maintained. Enjoyed having the swimming pool and private access to the beach. This side of Grace Bay has less crowds than the east side. If you like being away from all the crowds and having a semi private section of beach, this is the place to stay.â

âOcean Club West var ett toppen hotell med super trevlig personal. Vi bodde i en stor lĂ€genhet med fullt utrustat kök, sköna sĂ€ngar och stor altan mitt pĂ„ vackra Grace Bay stranden. Man kan lĂ„na kanoter, paddel board och cyklar utan kostnad samt Ă„ka shuttle till syster hotellet och fritt anvĂ€nda deras faciliteter. Man har nĂ€rhet till restauranger, supermarket och shopping. â
âGreat stay, boutique hotel, our cottage suite on the ground was like an apartment, with everything, kitchen, washer and dryer, nespresso maker, stove, refrigerator, spacious bedroom , comfortable king bed , terrace , front of the pool and the beach was right there, like 1 or 2 minutes walking from our room, breakfast included very convenient with variety of choices, and we had a dinner on the hotel restaurant, and it was delicious, spectacular beach, white sand, plenty of chairs and umbrellas,...
