âAlexandra Resort has a cozy and contemporary feeling to it. Every employee we encountered was professional and personable. My husband and I relaxed and had an excellent time. When we wanted to mingle that had games and DJ events at night. Over all we enjoyed ourselves and will return. â
âThe property, staff and accommodations were all excellent! Itâs located on a beautiful part of the beach with free chairs, small table and umbrellas for guests next to their cabana restaurant and bar. Our whole stay was very relaxing. We had access to downtown via the shuttle to the sister property. The only downside was the shuttles air conditioning was broken and it was very hot.â
âThe property was clean and the best restaurant on the island is next door. That made everything perfect. The AC was nice and cold which was great because the days were truly hot.

âOcean Club West var ett toppen hotell med super trevlig personal. Vi bodde i en stor lĂ€genhet med fullt utrustat kök, sköna sĂ€ngar och stor altan mitt pĂ„ vackra Grace Bay stranden. Man kan lĂ„na kanoter, paddel board och cyklar utan kostnad samt Ă„ka shuttle till syster hotellet och fritt anvĂ€nda deras faciliteter. Man har nĂ€rhet till restauranger, supermarket och shopping. â
âVi Ă„kte till Blue Haven för att gifta oss, blev de första gĂ€sterna pĂ„ hotellet som gifte sig! Det blev som pĂ„ film, aldrig nĂ„gonsin kunde vi ha tĂ€nkt oss att det skulle bli sĂ„ bra som det blev. Mycket blev tack vare receptionisten Sharick som jobbar dĂ€r, han gjorde sĂ„ att allt blev perfekt med anordning och liknande. Helt oförglömligt!â

Just for comparison we went over the the Ritz and had dinner - it felt cold and soulless compared to the Somerset which had amazing warm families, solid amenities, unparalleled size of units, great beach access, pools for all ages and more. Staff is amazing. Tell your friends just not too many. â
âWhat a beautiful property! We enjoyed our stay here. Thereâs a reason itâs a 5-star resort! We were able to walk to the local fish fry but everywhere else was convenient with a quick taxi ride away. The hotel has taxiâs waiting in the parking lot so itâs easy to have a car waiting at any point. We enjoyed the swim up pool bar and grabbing a beach chair was so easy! âI wanna give them a 5 star super friendly staff but rooms feel outdated. AC is not working correct even if we tried to adjust and staff helped us to move to another room still same problem. Way to cold air blowing. No proper sleep and feel exhausted. Bed broke aswell and not comfertable. We had to take massage in order to feel relaxed.. food was Ok. But breakfast not worh it. Very poor and boring selection. Better to spend on local cafes / restaurant. Beach was good and clean.
