“There were eye lash clusters stuck to the towels. The room had a weird smell & all night it was so loud! The key cards stopped working halfway through the stay also. So many people just loitering. Felt very unsafe. Didn’t stay the 2nd night.”

“Very comfortable.”

“Very cleanly, cute apartment and cute area with great shops and food. Although the house directly next to it is under construction and quite loud, overall the loft itself was wonderful🙂”

“Owners Elena and Anthony are awesome. I was planning on staying a few days because I sold my house downtown Orlando and I’m in the process of looking to buy some things and I ended up staying a whole month. Alberto is also amazing if you need anything they’re right there to help you with whatever you need communications awesome. Their properties are very cute and clean and safe. I would highly recommend them.”

“Cozy and comfortable and very clean”

“This was by far the worst place that I have ever seen in my life. It looked more like a cracked den than a motel. It was dirty. The manager was of no help whatsoever. I could not stay there. He showed me a room that looked like someone just took a bedspread and threw it over the bed and then took a different bedspread and threw it over the other bed and there was cracks and dirt all over the place please whatever you do do not recommend this place to anyone. I’m trying to get my money back cause...

“The house was perfect for our three night stay. The location was a short distance to all our activities. It was super clean and had very nice updates. The area was quiet and the house very comfortable. If we are in the area again, we’ll definitely stay there again!”

“We had such a great stay at The Porch! The space was absolutely perfect and incredibly well stocked. Truly, if we didn’t bring it—they had it. And if we didn’t even think of it—they already did. The attention to detail made everything so easy and comfortable. The owners were responsive, helpful, and clearly care a lot about making sure guests have a great experience. A fun unexpected bonus was getting to enjoy some band practice from the kitchen windows and backyard area—it added such a cool...

“Very unique rental. Location is excellent within walking distance to the lake, dinning, breweries, music, parks and historic district attractions. Rental was very comfortable for us and our two small dogs. Beautiful park right across the street where we could walk our dogs. Nice well equipped kitchenette, great shower with plenty of hot water and a very comfortable bed. Slept great.”
