“I had to change room 3 times
The first time, the hotel conference room had party till beyond 11pm . It rocks the whole room and I couldnt sleep. The hotel didnt change room for me to sleep despite on business trip. The room had air condition had filter problem and I didnt sleep well for 3 nights. I lost my jacket due to 3 room changes . The hotel did support to send it back to me But the courier made me pay for the customs duties 16 USD but I still didnt receive the package even after more than...

Best service I got from Shahid in the gym that did a very good workout for me when I was there.
the Chinese restaurant were amazing. We had the Korean bbq and got delicious food from Vikram. Highly recommended. Also very good service from virendra who was working at the same restaurant ”
“We 3 couples from USA traveled to Jaipur for a wedding at the Hyatt Regency hotel close by and reached a day earlier to explore the city. As our Hyatt reservation was not until the next day we booked this hotel. We were not expecting a lot for the price but we were surprised by the cleanliness and great customer service. It’s newly built and the staff was very helpful and courteous.
The food was amazing. The young owner is very friendly professional and ambitious.
