“Detta är ett härligt boende, värden brinner för att leverera allt vad de har att erbjuda, maten är god, rummen fräscha och rymliga, omgivningen är härligt grönskande. Hotellet ligger perfekt för den som vill besöka Etna. Poolen var stängd (för kall) när vi var där men är tillräckligt stor. Hit kommer vi gärna tillbaka.”

“Great staff and facilities the room was spacious and modern, the grounds are meticulously maintained the breakfast choices were broad whether it was a hot or cold breakfast and very thing in between and you could either eat outside next to the pool or inside. In conclusion I would rate it as probably the best place that we have stayed in to date.”

“Abbiamo prenotato alle 4 del pomeriggio in giorno infrasettimanale del mese di ottobre, ormai fuori stagione, e dopo mezz'ora eravamo lì. Struttura deserta, nessuno in vista. Chiamiamo il proprietario e in pochi minuti ( intanto noi ci eravamo accomodati in piscina..) arriva una gentile ragazza che ci consegna le chiavi , poi un'altro ragazzo che ci tira fuori le sdraio (oramai riposte visto la data). “Personnel très aimable. Très bien placé pour les ballades sur l’Etna. Très bon dîners et petits déjeuners. Vieux bâtiments sympas. A la campagne, au milieu des oliviers et des fruitiers. A conseiller.”

“Abbiamo soggiornato per una notte. Il gestore e la moglie veramente molto gentili. Struttura in buone condizioni, carina la piscina, panorama eccezionale. Da migliorare il parcheggio ma il proprietario ci diceva che il prossimo step è proprio quello di ampliarlo. Adatto a chi vuole immergersi nel verde e rilassarsi.”

“Otrevligt bemötande när vi kom. Rummet kallt och torftigt möblerat. Blev anvisade ett rum i ett hus en bit från huvudbyggnaden. Trots att regnet öste ner fick vi inte låna ett paraply. Vi bodde inte där utan åkte vidare. Vägen fram till "hotellet" otroligt smal och dålig och ganska lång.”

“Die Apartmentanlage Virdamuri ist wunderschön angelegt inmitten zahlloser Orangen- und Zitronenbäume. Von unserem Schlafzimmer hatten wir einen unverbauten Blick auf den Ätna, traumhaft! Die Wohnungen sind sehr stilvoll und praktisch eingerichtet. Zudem sind die Gastgeber wahnsinnig nett und hilfsbereit und habe immer einen guten Tipp wenn es um Restaurants oder Ausflugsziele geht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und eine tolle Woche dort verbracht.”

“A wonderful property in such a beautiful setting. Quiet and peaceful, surrounded by vineyards with views of Mount Etna and the village of Castiglione perched on a hillside. We loved having access to the swimming pool, the rooms are a good size and the food and wine was excellent. Massimo is a superb host and is exceptionally welcoming and very friendly, providing good local information. “Så trevligt boende! Vi var vid detta tillfälle de enda gästerna boende på gården. Vi möttes av stor gästvänlighet, de var väldigt måna om att vi skulle ha det bra. Tog hand om oss. Plus för fint, rent, bra rum för en familj på 5 personer. Vi åt en mycket god hemlagad middag på plats, väldigt gott och trevligt. Kan bara rekommendera denna pärla, nära till Taormina för bad, nära till Etna för utflykt och nära till Linguaglossa för goda middagar. Karin”

We stayed there one night spontaniously. the family that owns the place was very friendly and the house is an old stone house and the rooms has great potential! unfortunately the air con did not work and the shower did not have much power, also the electricity broke many times during the night which meant an emergency light went on in our room, not what you need when you´re trying to sleep. the hotel was so pretty! but it felt it needed some small...

“Nonostante fino a pochi secondi prima fossimo stati al telefono con una collaboratrice esterna, al nostro arrivo non c'era nessuno ad aprirci e una volta riusciti a entrare (sfruttando l'apertura del cancello da parte di un altro ospite) ci siamo dovuti arrangiare a trovare qualcuno che desse le chiavi della camera. Non dico "che ci desse informazioni" perché non ne abbiamo ricevute, né ne abbiamo trovate in camera. Nessuna info ad es. sull'utilizzo del wifi, che infatti non abbiamo mai potuto...

“Fantastiskt fina lägenheter mitt i stan. Vår hade en terass som värderas högt. Det enda negativa är att det är en bit till strand om man är ute efter det.”

“It's a nice place to stay and relax at, I recommend you to book the spa facilities. We used it in the evening and it was very nice to watch the sunset over Etna from the pool. Breakfast was okay, and the staff very helpful but a bit too pushy to sell you more services or products. I'm guessing they where asked to do so by there manager.”
