“The condo was very spacious & comfortable. There was even a private, roofed patio in the back. The best thing is that it was a short (5 minute) walk to the beach. The second best thing is that I was there for 2 nights & never moved my car. I also enjoyed the hot tub—& it’s long, open hours. The staff was friendly & helpful. The only negative is that I was unable to hear the ocean from my room. It was an incredible value.”

The property fit all of our needs, and the host even had a foot massager which was enjoyed by all after long days of walking at the parks! “I can’t say enough about this beautiful condo. We live locally but wanted to go away for a few days while our kitchen was being demoed for a remodel. I was pretty stressed out before I arrived.. but once I opened the gate to their deck, I literally felt the stress melt away. The view alone is worth staying here. In addition, it was so clean and had everything we needed . The location is great, and I can’t say enough about how nice Bo and Karen were . We can’t wait to go stay here again. Trust me...

“Condo is centrally located in Newport Beach, walking distance to almost everything. Very clean and updated. Really appreciated the assigned parking and amenities. Only downside was no AC, while we knew that when we booked we thought it would be cool enough without… we were wrong. Fortunately, lots of fans were provided, but it just circulated warm air. Minor inconvenience but would might think twice when booking again if no AC. Overall great stay. ”
