Wake up with the sun and enjoy breakfast on the beach at Shoreline Cafe, rent a paddleboard at the Harbor and eat lunch with locals at Brophys, taste Santa Barbara vintages in the Funk Zone, select one of the many award-winning restaurants in downtown Santa Barbara for dinner, and end the evening watching the sunset over the ocean from your private balcony.

This 3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom unit boasts unobstructed ocean views and a private balcony. The spacious Living and Dining Rooms face toward the water with tasteful and cozy decor. The Kitchen is fully stocked with every appliance and convenience you’ll need. The Primary Suite has its own ocean view with a sliding door connecting to the balcony and the two additional Guest Bedrooms are complete with luxury linens. Beach towels and chairs are provided while the complex includes a communal rooftop deck and beach staircase access, as well as private laundry in unit.

*There is a road between the property and the beach. This is a middle unit in a building with bottom, middle, and top units.
