“Dawn is such a great host, very good communication and super friendly. The house is located in a VERY good location, close to everything downtown SB has to offer. The house itself is small and old, but has a lot of charm. The house isn't the cleanest on the planet. I had to re-clean dishes upon arrival that were put away dirty, fold laundry left in the dryer, and clean the fridge out that had a very strong smell coming from it. Other than that, no complaints!”

“nice place, pet friendly, but no closets, three steps down to bed, sharp edges, hard to natrigate at night. patio was ok, but freeway noise kind of ruined it. easy to reach person listed. Location was fine, but due to freeway work(will it ever end?) added lots of traffic to location access.”
