“Convenient location very near Santana Row. The back yard patio and arbor was a terrific place to relax. M&M were very responsive to our queries and made sure we had everything we needed. Street is a little busy, but we didn't seem to have trouble getting in and out. The light switches were kind of high tech and took some getting used to. “We booked for a long weekend and loved our stay. The home is well-stocked for family gatherings and everything was well marked/llight switches labeled, which was super helpful! The inside needs a bit of maintenance (e.g., a fresh coat of paint, tighten bathroom faucets, etc.) The backyard is wonderful for gatherings. ”

“Great stay for family of 8. 20 min walk to stadium. Neighborhood park across the street w/ volleyball court. Owner was helpful when we couldn’t get reception for TV, (need to use your phone internet). I couldn’t find a broom or dust pan to sweep up a bit. Also bring detergent if you need to wash a load and Keurig coffee pods if you’re a coffee drinker.”

“House was spacious, clean and very nice. Close to everything we needed. Only minor suggestion would be to get a lot of plates, glasses, bowls, corkscrews, aluminum foil, etc... to make kitchen more functional for a weekend stay. No big deal, we just bought disposable stuff and were fine.”

“We stayed at this house with three adults and two children. There was plenty of room and beds for everyone, the house was clean and the community was very nice. There’s a large shopping center with restaurants and a grocery store within a two minute drive from the house. There is also a community pool that was easy to access. Garage parking is included with the rental which was great. Communication with the owner was very easy also. If we come back to the area, I would definitely book this house...
