“"Zen Den" is a very accurate description! Nestled in a clean and quiet neighborhood, it was really nice to come back to a peaceful place after a hectic day at the conference. Everything was clean and tidy, with plenty of space for myself and my colleague to catch up on emails. The location worked very well for us, only about a 12 min Uber from the San Jose Convention Center. There is a bar, restaurant and liquor/convenience store an easy 2 blocks away. “Very nice property, and conveniently located”

“This was the worst VRBO experience we have ever had. The house was not as described. There were stains all over the rugs and mattresses, the furniture was worn, there was no amenities in the kitchen- the house was freezing when we got there and the host was entirely unresponsive (except to say that he’ll get back to us). We left after 30m, didn’t stay a single night of the 3 we had booked. We told the host we were leaving but neither VRBO or our messages were responded to by the owner. Awful...
