“This is the second year in a row we have stayed at O-13 and loved it!! The location is perfect for why we are there and allows for plenty of room to spread out when we are back at the house. I had to knock down the cleanliness mark for a few reasons. One of the bunks was held together with literal duct tape. It looked the replacement bed was waiting in the garage .. but it was still a bit questionable. There was also a live earwig on one of my pillows. I know it's the desert and the house was...

“This house was perfect for 6 couples. It was spacious and clean. Everybody had their own bathrooms. Location was close to St.George. Hot tub was a great bonus after hours of pickleball tournament play. The only thing we were missing was a Kuerig coffee pot and cooking pans. The non stick cookware was in bad shape.Overall, we would definitely come back next year.”

“We had a fantastic time with 6 adults and 8 kids fitting very comfortably. The house is in a fantastic location in Paradise Village, across from the Lazy River. It is so helpful that every bedroom has a bathroom. The host was very responsive. When we couldn’t turn on the hot tub, he did it for us, remotely. ”

“This house is truly as spectacular as it seems. Everything worked perfectly as advertised; pool, hot tub, BBQ, kitchen etc. The house is very well equipped with an excessive amount of huge LG smart TVs in all rooms, towels, board games, kitchen items all labeled, pickleball things, pool floaties... It was very clean, and the host company is very responsive. Could not have asked for a better stay! The local hikes in Snow Canyon are spectacular and only a few minutes away. ”

“It was adequate. I wouldn't stay here again if I have another choice. The host was responsive to my texts, but not actually helpful. There were only 5 dining chairs and the photos showed 8. Luggage rack broken, wobbly nightstands (we tightened them) greasy pan left in the oven, no dish soap, wet dishes put away in the cabinet, broken blinds, wobbly bunkbeds. Overall sense of neglect. The listing specifically said pool was open, but it wasn't.”
