The living room picture window has partial ocean views, where beautiful sunsets may be seen. There is a washer and dryer in the home, a large flat screen tv, and dedicated high-speed internet.  There is one master bedroom with an attached bath and a second bedroom with partial ocean views.

There is a small private deck off the back, and a lovely porch that has an ocean view in the front, for enjoying morning coffee, or sunset viewing at the end of the day. Please note there is a home in the rear of the property, with a driveway. This is a completely separate single-family home, there is NO shared space. There is open street parking in front of the property.

This home has many lovely furnishings, including a glass coffee table, and an all-glass dining table, and therefore may not be suitable for small children.  There is no smoking allowed anywhere on the property.

Located in the historic Seabright Beach neighborhood, you are a 10-minute walk to the Boardwalk and a 5-minute walk to numerous restaurants and cafés. You are a few houses away from the Santa Cruz Natural History Museum with the beloved whale statue out front.
