“Absolutely a perfect location! On first impression was pleasantly surprised how much space we had. The views were wonderful- harbor and beach waves! Has basic kitchen items, but we made it work. The location is absolutely perfect. We stayed over a week and it would be perfect if there was washer/dryer on site. Initial issue re:bbq, but that was resolved and the handy man/helper was absolutely wonderful, totally about our comfort and needs! What a jewel! Would love to enjoy again.”

“The place was perfect! Our cars never left the area once we arrived. We spent our time between the house and the beach! There was ample amount of dishes and silverware for the amount of people the house sleeps. There was some beach stuff too which was perfect! There was a Very small list of negatives 1.the oven part of the stove didn’t work right and we couldn’t use it. But the stove top worked fine. 2. The ice machine would pop out and all yellow/brown ice cub once in a while and not sure why....

“Comfortable, cozy, and exactly what our family of 3 needed for a relaxing getaway! The house was very clean, welcoming, and had everything we needed — especially a fully stocked kitchen and super comfortable beds.We spent most of our time enjoying the outdoor space and beautiful river views. The neighborhood was perfect for peaceful evening walks after dinner, which quickly became one of our favorite parts of the trip. There’s also a great fire pit and BBQ area that looked wonderful for anyone...

The all glass sliders are perfect on that cold morning to curl up with a blanket and hot drink and watch.Host communication was spot on and the amenities cover most everything. We appreciated the bbq grill and the fact spare tanks are on sight if needed.We look forward to coming back.”

“We had a lovely, quiet stay in Mission Springs! Our space was exceptionally clean and very easy to access. We especially loved the beautiful redwoods and wildflowers surrounding the property. We appreciated the bottled water and apples left in the fridge to take along with us on a hike. The host, Jessie, was very responsive and sweet. The location is close to Felton/Henry Cowell State Park and has great dining options close by (we enjoyed Cowboy Bar & Grill and The Grove). We would gladly stay...

“This Bungalow is so cute. Perfect for my family of 5. Smelt freshly cleaned when we walked in. So close to the beach and restaurants. We walked everywhere. Parking was definitely a challenge but was forewarned. On day two we got lucky and was able to park in front. We will def be making this an annual trip. Capitola Village is SO cute!”
