“The Pueblo Bonito is a gorgeous property with a wonderful atmosphere. We particularly loved the many outdoor seating areas, and used them frequently during our stay. With the thick walls and many large plants / trees, they were a quiet haven within the bustling neighborhood. The staff went out of their way to help us with a couple of unexpected needs, and were always a pleasure to speak with. “First of all, getting to the property is challenging. There is about 1/2 mile of rough, unmaintained road. The casita is dark and had a dark feeling.. I went to make breakfast, drawers and cupboards difficult to open, cooking utensils were sparse. I booked the casitas for 4 days, I left after just one night, had breakfast in Santa Fe.. and moved on.”

“They had two units in one place wasn't clarified where you're supposed to park one to three the room had minimal Outlets it was nasty looking ceilings bad was hard seats were hard couch was terrible left in the middle of the night we couldn't stand it on our backs”
