This Charming, 2000 sq.ft, 3 bedroom 2 bath artist's home is close to all amenities, but away from the crowds. Only a 5-7 minute drive to The Plaza or a nice morning walk down Don Gaspar of less than 2 miles. Supermarkets, coffee shops, drug stores, museums and restaurants are all less than 5-7 minutes away. Hiking trails are also close by and there are guide books listing many to explore.

Designer touches abound in an eclectic Santa Fe style - hardwood floors, plaster walls, vigas, skylights, artwork, french doors and windows . A Fire pit, and outdoor furniture are provided to enjoy dining alfresco or roasting marshmellows.

The king master bedroom has french doors opening up to a large covered Portal where you can enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine at the end of the day. Blackout curtains cover the French Doors and windows. The master Bath has a shower / tub combo and a large glass block wall that lets in plenty of light.

The third bedroom can be used as a den, children's room or guest bedroom with 2 full beds convertible to a Queen. There is a full day bed and trundle underneath which is convertible to a queen. A collection of fiction and travel books on the area, are located on the shelving along with old movie cds, children's movies, and board games for your enjoyment. There are plenty available to keep you occupied on a winters day. Cuddle up on a rainy day and read a good book or watch a movie..

All rooms have extra linens and pillows extra towels etc and additional things are stored in the built in storage lining the hallway.

The large bonus 462 sq. ft carpeted family room / studio has a work-computer desk and a Queen Sleeper sofa along with a large screen smart TV and DVD player. It also can be accessed through the front outside entrance or connected off the kitchen. Comfy mattress toppers are in the armoire, there's a remote ceiling fan, Lots of light , a large screen TV ( to be installed upon move in) and a dedicated work computer desk with WIFI. This is a very popular room for both catching up on work or gathering to watch a show or sports game.

The house is fully stocked with everything needed. Sheets, blankets, pillows, comforters, plush mattress toppers, towels, etc. USB ports are in each bedroom for charging. Throw rugs are throughout the house and next to beds to take the morning chill off.

The kitchen has cutlery and dish-ware for over 10 people as well as a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, Moka pot, coffee grinder, blender, wine glasses . All the necessary cookware and then some are provided for your culinary adventures and entertaining. Included are: cloth napkins, placemats, table cloths, trays and serving ware and other linens.Have a quick bite at the breakfast bar or take your coffee outback and enjoy the early morning quiet.

Off the kitchen in the pantry is a washer dryer, shelving, an ironing board with iron, cleaning supplies and a vacuum cleaner.

2 Smart TV's are provided for streaming services such as: UTube and netflix. Cable is not provided but Internet / WIFI is provided for smart TV's in the 3rd convertible bedroom / den and Family Room ( installed upon move in).
The front exterior facing the driveway has a ring camera and motion lights.

The light and open living room with 2 sofas and additional seating has a central fireplace for cosy evening get togethers. In the day it lets in lots of light and has a ceiling fan and track lighting in addition to area lighting for you to choose a reading nook by the fireplace.

The dining room easily seats 8 and opens up through french doors to a large covered portal. Outside is additional seating and a dining area for alfresco dining with string lights and a ceiling fan for comfort. Even in the summer it is very pleasant and relaxing to dine outside in the early evening with the ceiling fan and string lights on. A gas grill and outdoor fire pit are also available for outdoor entertaining, Watch the birds and rabbits while sipping your coffee in the morning or when they fly in for the evening..

The back yard is maintained on an automatic drip system and a gardener is available once a month. Just text if something needs attention immediately.
