Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

Wonderful casita near historic district

This property suited our needs perfectly. It is well equipped and nicely decorated. The private back yard is a plus with seating for meals. We loved having 3 smart TVs so we could watch our shows, Downtown is about a 15 minute walk, with several restaurants and museums closer. The management company is super to work with. It was a bit confusing from the listing whether we were renting a house, casita, or condo. It is a free standing casita. While small, it is adequate. The property is advertised as having A/C, but actually it has swamp coolers. Parking is incredibly tight and took a lot of jockeying around to get in and out. Overall, we loved this rental.

Awesome stay!

we loved this place. EXACTLY as pics showed, very clean and super comfy beds. while.we didn't cook, we did check out the kitchen and it was well stocked with any type of cooking pots, pans, appliances that we might have needed.the location was great and allowed us to walk to many things such as restaurants and shopping. we loved the outside patio.the owner was extremely accommodating when we had a special request for check in.would DEFINITELY stay here again!

Cozy

This property was cozy and had everything you need to enjoy your stay in the area. It came equipped with kitchen, dishes, cutlery, and washer and dryer. It was in a good location to walk to the square and near by shops. Parking is a little small if you have a big vehicle.

Great place to do Santa Fe!

Condo was perfect for 2 couples! All ground floor was a huge advantage! Beds were comfortable. Fireplace with plenty of firewood added great ambiance. Management was on point and addressed any issue efficiently. We’ve stayed at a lot of rentals in Santa Fe but all agree this was the best.

Great place!

Very nice! Clean and quiet. Walk about .6-1.0 mile to the center plaza. It is doable - wear comfortable shoes for sure. A small to midsize car will fit in the space. A large suv will not. The drive way is a shared driveway with three other units. We would stay here again.

Well stocked kitchen. Comfortable bed. Suggestion-take your own computer. No Smart TV. Need to upgrade the satellite/cable from deceased geriatric channels. Very small carport. Spiders and cobwebs inside and out. But, enjoyed stay.

Santa Fe Property

Great traditional Santa Fe house! Very comfortable beds, lovely decor, spaces to eat either inside or out on the back patio. Nice and useful kitchen & bathroom amenities. Great location (we were able to walk to the Zozobra event). Would definitely stay here again if we return to Santa Fe.

Wonderful Place

Everything was terrific. You might want to clean the cobwebs off of and under the patio furniture. There are two old chairs sitting out front that probably should be taken away. It makes the place look a little junkie when it isn’t. Otherwise, thanks for providing a great place with no surprises and great communication!

Peaceful condo in the heart of Sante Fe close to major attractions such as the cathedral, art museums, museum hill, and the O’Keefe museum. Also close to shops and restaurants. Perfect place for your Santa Fe getaway with everything you need for self-catering too.like the adobe architecture.

Santa Fe Week

I stayed a week on this property with my husband and parents. The property was clean enough, the location was good, the location was quiet, the beds were comfortable. But not all the pillows had pillow cases and not all the pillow cases where the right size for the pillows. Also, the information for the televisions was incorrect. It was not possible to watch Netflix or Hulu and you needed a parental pin code to watch free On Demand programming. Otherwise, I do recommend this location.

Great property Walk to Center

Great property for 2 couples. 2 king bedrooms, 2 very good bathrooms. Well equipped, high ceilings with skylights throughout. 10-15 minute walk to plaza. Only suggestion, rent a smaller SUV. The covered parking space was only 10 feet wide, with adobe walls on both sides. What a great place for a stay in Sante Fe

Great convenient place to stay in Santa Fe

The property was very nice and nicely appointed. Actually larger than it looked in pictures. Cute little kits for toiletries and kitchen supplies. Super comfortable beds including the sofa bed. We loved that it was easily walkable to the plaza, but also right off a main road for when we needed to drive further afield. Very quiet neighborhood. Although the management company sent lots of automated messages and was responsive to email, the only thing missing was the personalized touch of getting to know an individual owner.
