“What an amazing stay, from the moment you step in you see that a lot of thought was put both to the rooms and the public places. We enjoyed our stay and Stefano's hospitality. The location is a bit isolated and you will need a car but that's also what makes it great, few minutes walk from various beaches the nearest town is only few minutes away. Unfortunately this time it was a short visit but we will come back for sure. ”

“Property is in an excellent location from the busy life of Palermo. It was quiet with great amenities and only a short drive to Palermo. The owner was very responsive to a couple small issues. We enjoyed our stay and would rent this property again.”

“My husband and I spent 4 nights at this lovely spot in Santa Flavia. The property is wonderful with everything you need. It is well decorated with enough space for 2 people. The view is outstanding. There is a washing machine which we appreciated as we were on an extended holiday and needed to do laundry. The road in to access the property was a bit daunting at first. "Stayed for a couple of nights in their presidential suite, which was truly spacious and lovely. The hotel building itself is grand, historic, and full of character. Service was average, breakfast quality disappointing. Another point that the reception should properly inform guests about any additional charges — such as for the garage and minibar — which are often included in the rate for high-end suites. In our case, these costs were only mentioned afterwards. Overall, the facilities are impressive and we loved the suite, but there is considerable room for improvement in both service and breakfast quality."
