“Ich hatte einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung im oberen Stockwerk des Hauses. Alles war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet, sodass es an nichts gefehlt hat. Der fantastische Pool und das eingezäunte Grundstück sorgen für viel Komfort und Privatsphäre. Unser Hund war sehr willkommen! Tre i huvudbyggnaden, ett i angränsande lilla hus och ett femte ligger på övervåningen i en egen liten lägenhet med separat ingång via en sidotrappa. We each had our own apartment and private space even at the pool but when we gathered for dinner , there was enough seating inside and outside to accommodate all of us . “This was truly a trip of a lifetime and staying at this Villa was the smartest I ever made. We were a group of 24; one toddler, and the rest aged 18-70. The property and villa was immaculate. The house and pool area are wonderful, nothing is missing and it is obvious that there has been put a great effort into making it feel like home. “Stayed for one month, having stayed before. Stefano and Anna are kind hosts. The house has everything you need for a stay of any length of time. The pool area is a nice respite from the heat. The living is comfortable with tv and couches. The kitchen is fully stocked with pot’s and pans of all shapes and sizes. Private gate and driveway. “The villa is well equipped and very spacious. The suites are large and comfortable. The grounds and pool area are tended to frequently. We went for wine tasting and there are so many close by ( some 5 to 10 minutes away) even our furthest was about a 40 minute drive. I would certainly stay here again.”

“We had a great week staying at Villa Nuba. Lovely pool area, perfect for families. Giuseppe, the owner, was very helpful and gave us a good introduction to surrounding area, restaurant recommendations etc. Good location close to central Perugia which offers many great restaurants, but be prepared for some steep uphill walks!”
