“We loved loved our stay here at this property! This was our first time booking through Vacasa and we never be going back to other websites. Everything was so easy, SO clean (I’ve had nightmare stays), and such a safe space. Beautiful walk to the beach and beautiful nature all around. The person that owned the property also introduced himself (which i appreciate) Over all such a beautiful time me trip! Thank you! ”

“We spent a few days mid October and this lovely home. It was conveniently located just down the block from the Grayton Beach shuttle, which was great when wanting to go to the beach. The house was comfortable and as pictured. There was some construction to a neighboring property while we were there that started early and was loud, but nothing that the property owners could predict or avoid. We definitely enjoyed our stay and early October was a beautiful time to be there!!”

“We brought our family here for spring break and loved it! The house is gorgeous and the interior design is top notch. We loved that we did not need to bring anything extra with us. The location is perfect to the beach as well as a quick drive over to the Seaside square. There is no need to leave Blue Mountain Beach though, it is quaint and has awesome restaurants nearby. 10 out 10 recommend!!”

“This was a really beautiful home and an amazing stay. Very family / dog friendly and the pool was an easy walk from the home. The beach is about a 15-20 min walk , which wasn’t bad because I needed the exercise. Overall I enjoyed my vacation! ”

“This little carriage house was clean, fresh, and well appointed with lovely, soft bed linens, coffee, etc. Great price, great neighborhood! We loved our visit to the Blue Mountain / Grayton Beach area. We rented bikes and rode bikes every day of our vacation. This home is very near to 30-A and the walk/bike path. One of our favorite places to bike nearby was Topsail State Park, just down the road a couple of miles. All in all, a great place!”

“Close to the beach, well maintained, and had basics so we didn't have to worry about soap, shampoo, toilet paper. Has beach chairs/umbrellas. Owner was very responsive to questions. Only recommendation is it would be nice to have beach towels, travel glasses/tumblers for the beach, cooler for the beach, and food storage items (containers, ziplocks, foil, etc.) but not a deal breaker just nice to have. ”

Sandpiper Rentals is the property management company that tends to manage the properties we've rented over the past 8-9 years, and they are just great. It’s a nice property close to the pool, tennis and pickleball courts and beach, which is in walking distance or can use the free hold cart service. the porch is nice and relaxing too! The water pressure in the master bedroom shower is great! We did agree with some of the other reviews regarding the beds. “The location is perfect for easy access to the beach. The condo has everything for a relaxing vacation. The unit is really nice and does look like the pictures. It is smaller than it appears in the pictures. There is also no extra storage space in the kitchen. The unit was clean but the toilet had stains around the rim of the upper part of the toilet bowl. All in all we enjoyed our stay and loved the proximity to the beach.”
