30A's Camp Coastal - Cozy beach cottage 1/2 mile from the beach!

30A's Camp Coastal was created to be a magical and unique getaway destination for guests to truly experience the scenic beauty of Point Washington State Forest that envelopes 30A, yet just a quick walk to the Gulf of Mexico. Camp Coastal allows you the opportunity to step back in time and enjoy the Old Florida of days gone by, enjoy nature surrounded by wildlife - yet just a short bike path away from dining, shopping and beach memories waiting to be made.

The large 8 acre parcel of land that encompasses 30A's Camp Coastal was acquired over a decade ago and used as the family beach camp. Recently, the owner's decided to nestle some cottages onto the property to allow guests the opportunity to experience the best of both worlds - The Forest and the Beach! Camp Coastal's cottages are designed and laid out to be an oasis of tranquility to comfortably accommodate up to 3 adults or 2 adults & 2 kids. The cottage’s bedroom have an extra comfy Queen size bed while the living room also has a queen sleeper sofa with a Sealy Royale mattress. The home has a full kitchen with dishwasher and a kitchen island with seating for 4. There's a stackable washer/dryer to keep your clothes clean and even though we encourage our guests to "disconnect", the cottages have wireless internet throughout the home. The cottages are appx. 620 sq ft with an additional 400 sq ft of deck which brings the cottage's entire building area to just over 1,000 sq ft. Enjoy your morning coffee on the porch while the deer feed throughout the woods. Grill out on the deck while watching the game on the outdoor Smart TV. Enjoy a meal with the family - dinning outside. Or how about cocktails and laugh filled conversations in the evenings, sitting by the firepit and viewing the stars overhead. However, don't forget your swimsuit too! There's a 1/2 mile paved bike path from Camp Coastal to the Ed Walline public beach access! There's also Gulf Place across the street from the beach with it's numerous restaurants, shopping and activities. Also to note if vacationing with children or teens - appx. 1/2 mile just north of Camp Coastal just off 393 is Helen McCall Park. A wonderful playground with a splash pad for the younger kids and a great skatepark for the older ones.
