359 Spartina Circle är ett vackert konstruerat och dekorerat hem i Camp District of Watercolor. Köket i denna enhet är att dö för och ansluts direkt till huvudbostaden. Underbart för familjesammanträden!

Var och en av de tre sovrummen är en mästare som levereras komplett med en king size-säng och eget badrum med en dubbel fåfänga och dusch. Ett av sovrummen har till och med en dörr som leder dig precis utanför för en snabb väg till våra vackra vita sandstränder. En ytterligare sovplats med två enkelsängar finns också på första våningen. På övervåningen finns det andra vardagsrummet med balkongen som erbjuder en fågelperspektiv över parken nedan. Detta hems moderna kök har apparater i rostfritt stål med gott om plats att röra sig om du bestämmer dig för att laga några kulinariska läckerheter. Slutligen är den stora möblerade uteplatsen ett annat exceptionellt inslag i hemmet och kommer säkert att vara ett centrum i din kväll när du tittar på solnedgången. Slutligen, en av de två sittplatserna på denna uteplats centrerar runt en vackert färdig vit tegel spis.

We are a family of 8 and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. The house was immaculate and the back patio was straight from Tuscany. The green area behind the house is perfect for kids to play and make new friends during the week. You are in walking distance to the best pool in all of Watercolor. We will be back!

We loved this house and the location. The management company was easy to communicate with and very receptive to anything we needed. We had seen reviews about the back patio being dirty/unusable which I mentioned to The prior to arrival. They immediately responded that they will have a power washed and cleaned right before our arrival and when we arrived, it was immaculate.

We did not have hot water the entire trip. The credit they offered and gave us was not really much considering it was March and we could not shower or wash any dishes or clothes with hot water. Disappointed.

This house is beautiful! Bedrooms and bathrooms all spacious and comfortable. Outdoor area was perfect for nightly s’mores. Location close to everything especially Camp Watercolor!

The overall rating for this home is a 3 out of 5. This house was "fine". A "good" house would be 4 out of 5, and a "great" house would have been 5 out of 5. The location was amazing! Walking distance to Camp Water Color and the "play field" is literally steps out of the back door. The rental company was also amazing! Very responsive and very helpful. The age and state of the house is what brought the rating down. But, let me be clear, the house was very clean. There was not any dust or dirt anywhere. I believe other posters that say the house was "dirty" are not understanding what a 10 year old plus beach house looks like. The house was very "well lived in" as they say. The appliances are all old and not necessarily fully functional but are basically functional. The washer and dryer are extremely small. The dryer is so old that it take multiple rounds of drying to fully dry a full load. The oven is very small. The stove has only one eye that reliably works. The shower heads are old with unusual spray patterns. The kitchen items that are left in place is very limited. There are only a few glasses to use for drinking, there were only 4 or 5 bowls for eating cereal, and the cooking wear is very worn and old. These are just a few of the things we noticed. The TV are not easily usable and the Sonos speaker system didn't function. There is not a digital door lock so you will be forced to keep up with an old school hard key for the entire length of your stay. If you are looking for a basic beach house that is located in Watercolor then you will be happy. And let me mention that the air conditioner/heater is amazing. The house was easily cooled or warmed as needed and there are great ceiling fans in each of the bedrooms. If you are accustomed to the usual upscale homes in Watercolor then you won't be happy. I booked this house because it was one of the last houses left during our time frame and I had to be in Watercolor so that my kids could use all of the Watercolor pools and Camp Watercolor is a must for my family. So, we were pleased and got exactly what we thought we would get. A basic and aging beach house that has a great location in an exclusive development. It will be clean but shows it's age.

We loved our time on Spartina Circle! First off big praise for Beach Habitats 30A who seriously excel at guest communication and service. We had an issue with the fridge and they had it taken care of right away. Overall they responded quickly and were very helpful. Just some quick pros/cons about the house: PROs - Awesome location super close to Camp Watercolor - big comfy living room - nice bathrooms, showers are luxurious with great water pressure - tons of light (this could be a con for people who want to sleep late, but we loved it) CONs - outdoor areas kind of a mess. Debris all over cushions such that it wasn’t a simple brush-off to use them - back and front porches need a good pressure washing and cobweb removal, etc - kitchen provisions a little paltry - zero Tupperware type storage, minimal small/cereal bowls - no full length hanging space in upstairs master

This is a beautifully decorated, wonderfully located home. We appreciated all of the details throughout the house and how it accomodated our family. However, this home needs a very long overdue "refresh"! The outside seating areas need attention, power washed, and tidied up. The inside needs a little cleaning up as well... hopefully the owners will make this property what it probably once was - a gorgeous home with furniture that has been cleaned and updated. We did love the service that the property management provided and they were readily available with any request that we had. They get 5 stars, but unfortunately we cannot say the same about the home.

We had a wedding in Watercolor. The house was close to everything and was very easy to get around. I wish we would have know to rent carts, as we haven’t been here in the past we didn’t know that it might be an easier way of transportation.

Whoever owns this house needs to work harder on offering a better product. The pictures make it look like it's a showstopper and this couldn't be further from the truth. The furniture in the den needs to be replaced, it the house needs a good deep clean! It doesn't like this has been down for some time. the Outdoor space was nothing like we saw from the pics. We couldnt sit there is was so dirty! Not sure if the furniture needs to be replaced or not! We unfortunately would not stay here again due to the above comments. Until and unless things change as mentioned I couldn't recommend this property! I do not think this is a reflection of Beach Habitat however, they were wonderful. Whoever owns this home needs to visit and make this necessary changes, cleaning and furniture upgrades

This home is amazing. Well kept and beautiful. My husband and I and our 4 kids (ages 13-21) stayed. We had plenty of room to spread out and also loved gathering in the common areas. Everything worked well and was well cared for. Beautiful decor and great watercolor location. We had an amazing experience and a lot of it had to do with this beautiful property we stayed in.

We had such a great time. We had plenty of room to spread out and be together. Living room was perfect to do puzzles or watch a movie. Kitchen is nicely stocked. Would have liked more paper towels and toilet paper BUT it was COVID and totally get that is sort of impossible. Beds are very comfortable and AC is great. The house comes with so much more then the online listing like games, balls, beach umbrellas and a few chairs. We loved the outdoor seating area and it is easy to access the volleyball, lazy river pool on foot.
