My Pleasure 30A | Close to Beach, Perfect for Families

Enjoy a relaxing vacation at My Pleasure! This four-bedroom, four and a half bathroom 30A vacation home is close to the beach but also has a secluded feel to provide you with everything you need for a relaxing getaway. My Pleasure is also mere minutes away from entertainment and restaurants. It is the perfect house for you if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of 30A, but also be close enough to enjoy the fun that the area provides.

The front of the house features covered parking and a front porch for you to enjoy. My Pleasure can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests. The living room is complete with beautiful coastal décor and opens up to the kitchen, ensuring plenty of family time in this grand space. The dining room table seats six and the kitchen bar has an additional four seats. The kitchen has granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances, giving you exactly what you need to whip up a home-cooked meal. The primary bedroom has a beautiful barn door that leads you to the en suite bath. The three guest bedrooms have en suite bathrooms and plenty of natural light. There is also a separate, smaller living room upstairs for the family to enjoy.

My Pleasure is a hidden jewel at the edge of a state forest and Redfish Lake. The property is complete with a washer and dryer and private gas grill. Book with Southern today!

Beautiful home and neighborhood, with a short walk to the pool and the beach.

This home was very accommodating and well equipped for our family of 8 adults! The common area of the home is very roomy. We had plenty of room for meals together, games, puzzles, and watching movies! I would just note one thing: There is only one bedroom on the first floor. The website description on the pictures shows 2 of the bedrooms on the first floor. It was nice to have 4 bedrooms, each with it's own bathroom! Beautiful home, restful stay, would stay there again!

Senior Trip!

Our high school senior class of 2023 booked My Pleasure in hopes of an amazing last time together! We couldn’t have asked for a better stay where we made so many memories. The fire pit and screened-in porch upstairs were perfect and where we spent most of our time, as well as the huge master bedroom for our movie nights. It comfortably slept 4 high school boys, 4 high school girls, and 3 moms. Was a scenic walk to the beach, only 15 minutes and a short drive where we parked in the public parking for most of the days. My Pleasure came with every kitchen utensil possible from silverware to a hand juicer for the moms to make margaritas! We couldn’t be more grateful and it was our pleasure to stay at My Pleasure!

Great house and would stay there again

The property is as described. The house was clean and had a nice layout for our family of 12. We had great communication from the owner and the property management company was top notch! We did run into an a/c issue and they had someone out the same day and resolved! We had everything we needed to cook (but the outside grill could use updating). The only downside we had was that the four person bunk room upstairs doesnt have a bathroom and so they had to go downstairs at night to use the bathroom and share one from another room upstairs. We knew this going in but it was a minor inconvenience. The walk to the beach isnt bad and most days we just drove the car and dropped people off and then one or two people made the walk. Great property and we would stay there again!
