"Some people smoke on the rooms with balcony. To much smell of smoke. No value for money."

"A very nice hotel with a nice pool area and private beach. It is located in the perfect spot of Pensacola Beach with probably the best beach in Florida within sight from the hotel entrance and close access to restaurants, bars and nightlife. The room had everything you will need and was in a good condition. "

"Way below expectations for the price. Very run down, filthy flooring in the room and the towels and linen are stained with god knows what. We got no cleaning until we specifically asked for it after 4 days. No replacement of towels or tp. Our tub did not drain the water. I wouldve loved to just move rooms instead of having plumbers poking around all day so we had to be late for our plans bc we couldnt shower in time. Felt like some of the staff couldnt care less. If this place was half price i would've accepted it as ok, but for 400 usd a night, NOPE!"
