Town Houses i Santa Rosa Island

“The Beal House, Hilton Hotel was amazing property, great fun staff, gorgeous ocean beach view, clean rooms, and the chef there made delicious meals. Highly recommend it and will go back Closing again”

“Very nice, clean and maintained rooms and property. Literally steps from the beach and beautiful views from the windows. Only dislikes are no balconies. A room with a balcony would have been spectacular, especially when the hotel right beside you has wonderful balconies, AND you have to pay for parking, which is a pet peeve. If I'm a guest at a hotel, I shouldn't have to pay to park there!”

“Hot tub was not getting hot and eventually out of service but otherwise great stay and would stay again.”

“I had stayed at this property before but didn't realize it when booking. I was not disappointed. The hotel was clean and well maintained and the staff was amazing! They went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. The beach location is perfect and the property is nice and relaxing. The on-site restaurant facing the beach is super convenient with great food and service. I would absolutely stay here again. This is an older property but it is well maintained and clean.”

“Everything was amazing. They let us get early checked in”

“A bit noisy from the hallway when you’re in the room but close to the beach and otherwise really worth the stay! Recommend.”

“The room was clean and comfortable”

“My wife and I enjoyed our recent stay. Great view from our room. Helpful staff. Quality tiki bar. Clean everything. Thank you staff.”

“Fantastiskt läge och suverän service, särskilt vid frukosten.”

“We like that it was on the second floor so we could easily see the ocean from our balcony. This unit was a corner unit so there was only another unit on one side. The kitchen had a nice selection of cookware etc. the complex had two outdoor pools, and indoor heated pool, hot tub, dry sauna, and steam sauna. The area was quiet without a lot of touristy attractions. We love to be outside and walk or ride our bikes, and there was a very nice paved trail in the area that was probably at least 12...

“Communication pre-trip and throughout with the host was excellent. The AC was excellent and easy to control. With all of the sand in the area, we were amazed at how clean the home was. The location had perfect access to the beach so close. The view of the Gulf from the deck is slight, but it is there! Restaurants, ice cream, and even an acai shop were within walking distance. Great stay!”

“The pool is basically right outside, huge plus if traveling with kids! Short walk to the beach! The beach was never overcrowded which was so nice!”
