Tuvimos un problema con la habitaciĂłn y, al mencionarlo al personal, actuaron de manera rĂĄpida y profesional. Nos ofrecieron cambiar de habitaciĂłn sin ningĂșn inconveniente....

âLoved the area and the studio apartment we rented. It faced a lively street but the doors were very sound proof so we werenât bothered at all. We especially appreciated the beach umbrella we could use for free and the refrigerator with a small freeze compartment in the studio. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were really hard and high so woke up with a stiff neck every morning. The only thing we missed was a body length mirror.

âThis appartment building lies perfect in an alley from Gran Via, near Plaza Callao. Walking distance to most of what you want to see. Very clean appartment, and perfect service by the staff even though I was delayed and arrived in the middle of the night. The only thing I didnât love was the alley at night, quite dark and a little scary. But otherwise the location is perfect!â

"Otroligt centralt, men ocksÄ nÀra till lugnare gator, precis bakom hotellet. Rummet var rent, frÀscht, diskret inrett och med vÀlutrustat pentry. Praktisk skjutdörr för uppdelning av sovrum. Underbar takterass med bar och fantastisk utsikt. Och sÄ, inte minst, en vÀldigt trevlig och positiv personal."
