“Thought I would write a detailed review. To set the scene we had a fantastic holiday. Communication with property manager re check in etc was great.The location is good. There is a road which runs near to the villa so expect some road noise. This did not bother us at all but may do others. The walk into Porto Petra is a short walk and the harbor area is beautiful. Just be aware though there is no pavement for the first 100 meters. There is space to walk just not a designated pavement.The villa...

“Pros: The house is very spacious and really well set out for an enjoyable stay in Mallorca. Close the wonderful beaches of the South East of the Island and close to the lively and beautiful town of Santanyi.”

“Pros: The house is in a very quiet place, it has a spacious external garden, with washing machine and shower. The interior is recently renovated, everything was perfect and spacious for 3 people. The kitchen is equipped for a good breakfast and dinner. The bedding is comfortable, the air condition is a plus for the hot days, in 30 minutes the house is cold enough. I would recommend to anybody this place! Also, not far from the southern best beaches of Mallorca.”

“Wonderful villa with own pool, barbecue and outdoor dining space. Spotlessly clean. Large bedrooms with comfortable beds and good air-conditioning. Quiet area. Walking distance to bars and restaurants. Would recommend. Things to note: maximum capacity is 6 (even though there are 4 double bedrooms). Kitchen is well-equipped but quite small if preparing food for a large group. It would be useful to have a house guide/information on what to do with rubbish and recycling. Also a tourist tax needs to...

“Pros: Der Privatpool ist fantastisch! Die Lage war jetzt für uns ok… hat gute restaurants in der umgebung. Das obere zimmer ist renoviert, mega schön. Jedes zimmer hat eine klima. Cons: Die Küche hat mir weniger gefallen…bzw. Hätte mir mehr organisation wie z.b 3-4 „gute“ messer gewünscht.”
