The house has 3 bedrooms and an additional sofa bed for 2 people, so that 8 adults can be accommodated comfortably. A baby crib and high chair are available for younger guests. There are 2 large, spacious bathrooms with shower and WC, hairdryer and towels, one on the first floor and the other on the first floor. There is also a guest WC with shower on the first floor. A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and large fridge is available to guests. There is another large fridge in the conservatory. The laundry room contains a washing machine and tumble dryer. The accommodation also offers plenty of indoor seating, as well as 3 televisions, board games, high-speed WiFi, cable and satellite TV, air conditioning and heating.

The outdoor area is beautifully landscaped.

There are 8 sun loungers and 3 umbrellas around the large pool. There are also several seating areas with a table and additional umbrellas, as well as an outdoor shower and a barbecue. There is also a large terrace on the upper floor. The town center with many restaurants is within walking distance. Various beautiful beaches are only a few kilometers away.



Guests under 30 years of age are not allowed in the house.

Noisy parties or events are strictly forbidden in the house.
