Electricity is included in your stay.
Air conditioning in all bedrooms from 9 pm to 9 am is included in your reservation.
Jacuzzi heating three hours per day is inluded in your reservation.

Breakfast

A dedicated cook, "dominican style" is available to prepare your breakfast (INGREDIENTS NOT INCLUDED), allowing you to relax and enjoy your stay.

Breakfast times are as follows:

• Breakfast serving options: 9:00 a.m., 10:00 a.m. or 11:00 a.m. (On day of check-out, breakfast is served by 9:00 a.m)


To ensure smooth service, breakfast is prepared within these scheduled times. Requests outside of these hours are not available.

Guests are responsible for providing all groceries for their meals EXCEPT for salt, sugar, first day coffee, and pepper.
Jacuzzi

Cook Services
Lunch or dinner cooking service (a guest favorite!): 1-16 guests $70/meal, either lunch or dinner.

The jacuzzi can be turned on for up to three hours a day. The staff will turn it off, but the water will remain warm for a few more hours.

The wood chimney can be requested to be lit anytime before 9:00 PM. Customers are responsible for the cost of firewood if it is unavailable.

The gas fire pit can be requested to be lit anytime before 9:00 PM for up to one (1) hour.


Housekeeping Services
The property is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival to ensure a comfortable and welcoming stay.

During your visit, light daily touch-ups may be provided as a courtesy, subject to staff availability.

For longer stays, fresh towels and bed linens are provided every three days.


Laundry Rules:
Laundry service is provided exclusively by our staff to ensure proper care of the home and appliances.

As a courtesy, one laundry load is included every two days during your stay. Additional loads are available for RD$500 per load.

Clothes are typically air-dried outdoors in a designated area, which is common in the region and helps preserve fabrics. In case of rain, a dryer will be used as needed.

If you prefer to use the dryer for your laundry, an additional fee of RD$400 per load applies to cover gas operational costs.

For security reasons, there are security cameras on the exterior parts of the property. The house inside or the pool is not monitored by security cameras.
