The Space:

History & Legacy | Heritage and avant-garde unite in this rehabilitation project. Alberto led the rescue of this historic structure, trusting architects Pastor and Jarpa to create a unique building in the Huelén neighborhood. Design & Experience | We are proud to be the hosts of this award-winning space. We manage each unit with rigor and style to honor its legacy, ensuring a world-class urban stay with local identity.



Our apartment has all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay in Santiago. The kitchen is fully equipped with basic cooking utensils, a two-burner induction stove, electric kettle, toaster, and coffee maker so you can cook or prepare snacks at any time. If you’re on a business trip, don’t worry, as we have an internet connection so you can stay connected.



The apartment is spacious and well-lit, with a comfortable double bed ideal for couples or business travelers. We also provide bed linens and towels so you don’t have to worry about bringing your own.

Located in the eastern sector of the capital, it is characterized by its elegant architecture, well-maintained parks, and a wide gastronomic and commercial offering. Providencia is home to numerous cultural centers, theaters, and green spaces, such as the Metropolitan Park, which serves as a green lung for the residents of the commune. Additionally, it is recognized for its safe environment and quality of life, making it an attractive option for living and visiting.



Getting Around:

Santiago is a vibrant city with an extensive public transportation network, making it easy to explore and enjoy everything the city has to offer. Here are some options for getting around:



Public Transport:



Metro: The Santiago Metro is one of the most efficient ways to get around the city. The metro operates from 6 AM to 11 PM on weekdays and from 8 AM to 11 PM on weekends and holidays.

Buses: Santiago’s bus system, known as RED Transantiago, complements the metro network. The buses run frequently, and you can use the same Bip! card for both metro and buses.
