This comfortable one-bedroom apartment is fully equipped to meet all your travel needs. It is quiet, private, and secure, located in a building near the best restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, shopping malls, and hotels in the city center of Santo Domingo.
Guests are required to complete a check-in process and provide a valid ID to receive their check-in information. Enjoy fast Wi-Fi, air conditioning in every bedroom and living area, hot water, and electricity. All guests must visit the front desk to confirm their reservation and receive a wristband. Visitors are not allowed in the common areas. Security is available 24/7 in the building. Electricity in Santo Domingo is very expensive. For monthly rentals, electricity usage is limited to $60; any amount over this limit will be charged separately through the reservation platform. Non-urgent issues that can wait until the next day will be addressed the following day. Please remember this is a vacation rental, not a hotel; technicians and staff require advance scheduling and will resolve any issues as soon as possible. Hotel-style services are not provided. Response times and staff availability may be limited during holidays, weekends, and after regular hours.
