• Está estrictamente prohibido fumar dentro del apartamento, incluyendo cigarrillos, hookah, vapeadores y marihuana. Tenga en cuenta que la marihuana es ilegal en este país.
• Deben respetarse las horas de silencio de 7:00 PM a 10:00 AM.
• Las visitas deben ser notificadas y aprobadas previamente por el anfitrión.

• Third-party bookings are not allowed. The Airbnb account holder must be present at check-in and stay at the property during the reservation. A valid ID matching the Airbnb account name must be presented at check-in.
• Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited, including cigarettes, hookah, vapes, and marijuana. Please note that marijuana is illegal in this country.
• Quiet hours must be respected from 7:00 PM to 10:00 AM.
• Visitors must be notified and approved by the host in advance.
• Only guests included in the reservation are allowed to stay overnight at the property.
• Do NOT throw toilet paper or any sanitary items into the toilet. Plumbing obstructions caused by misuse will result in repair costs being charged to the guest.
• Any broken, damaged, or malfunctioning items must be reported to the host before check-out.

Failure to follow these rules may result in cancellation of the reservation without refund, additional charges, or removal from the property.

• Les réservations effectuées par un tiers ne sont pas autorisées. Le titulaire du compte Airbnb doit être présent lors du check-in et séjourner dans le logement pendant toute la réservation. Une pièce d’identité valide correspondant au nom du compte Airbnb sera demandée lors du check-in.
• Il est strictement interdit de fumer à l’intérieur de l’appartement, y compris les cigarettes, la chicha, les cigarettes électroniques et la marijuana. Veuillez noter que la marijuana est illégale dans ce pays.
• Les heures de calme doivent être respectées de 19h00 à 10h00.
• Les visiteurs doivent être signalés et approuvés à l’avance par l’hôte.
