The best parts of the hotel facilities are the lobby and rooftop terrace breakfast service and cocktails. The front desk staff is professional and friendly, especially Maria, and rhw location is excellent. But the room itself was run down, with chipped floor tiles, a shabby closet and furniture, and tiny bathroom, which was fine given the low rate we paid for two weeknights and that we only slept and showered there. There wasn’t even anywhere to sit besides the beds, despite the fact that there was room for a small arm chair in the corner.

The hotel is super central and very well located. I would have liked a bottle of water to be complimentary but all consumption had a cost. My room was quite enclosed, it had no windows but it was comfortable, quite clean and had an excellent bathroom.

El cuarto en el que nos hospedamos era bastante descuidado, tenía manchas de pintura en el piso y se notaba que no hubo prolijidad en la limpieza además de que no tenía ventanas. Está bien ubicado y las áreas comunes son las mejores. En la noche hay demasiada bulla del pasillo y de los alrededores. La presión de la ducha es mala y casi no hubo agua caliente. Me cobraron un recargo extra por el uso diario del parqueadero que no me habían indicado en el momento de la reserva. Las instalaciones de las habitaciones no son las mejores.

Hola Estaba esperando otro trato en el hotel primero cuando llegue fui hacer café en la habitación pero la cafetera estaba sucia increíble llena de polvo. Segundo pido cargo a la habitación y duro 1 hora tuve que llamar 2 veces para ver que pasaba con mi pedido y tercero al día siguiente pido mi desayuno y quería comer en la habitación adivina que no puede desayunar porque tenía que pagar room service es ridículo. Aparte dejan pasar mujeres al hotel sin estar registradas… horrible nunca volvería….

Nice little colonial property in a nice area of the city. Parking onsite is very convenient and fairly priced. The staff greeted us and accomodated our request for rooms. The rooftop terrace is very nice at night

Close to a lot of shops and food. Over all safe area many tourist police but the rooms are really small. When you turn on the bathroom water it’s smelled like sewer water. I booked three rooms one of the rooms (room 117) smelled like mold they tried mopping it with bleach but you could still smell it and they would give me another room. Staff were very friendly and spoke both Spanish and English

This hotel is cozy, vintage look and smells amazing from the entrance. Staff were all friendly and the breakfast was on point. The rooms where standard, bed was comfy but the only thing I will lower my rate on property condition its because there is no sound proof. I could hear everyone talking and walking from the hall. But overall its a nice hotel.

While the hotel itself is clean, modern and very conveniently located, spending two nights there teache you one thing: it is not an ideal place for sleeping. Night1: hen party from 10PM to midnight, music after 6AM. Night 2: some party starting at 1AM (!) and finishing around 3AM, whith clean-up racket to 4AM and again after 6AM, forget about being able to sleep. The problem is compounded by the fact that the lobby is 2-storey high and the restaurant is the roof--and that where the parties occur. Given that this is a compact concrete structure, it feels like trying to sleep within a violin. PS Don't get me wrong, however. Noisy nights are hardly specific to this hotel--the Dominicans love their noise! So be warned and come with ear plugs if they work for you.

I recently had the pleasure of staying here, and overall, it was a delightful experience. The hotel's prime location provided easy access to the Colonial Zone, making it a convenient choice for travelers. The staff truly stood out with their exceptional service. From the moment I checked in to the day of departure, every member of the team was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. While the location and staff were outstanding, I did find the rooms to be on the smaller side and too old, which may not suit those who prefer more spacious living areas. In conclusion, is a fantastic choice for those who prioritize a prime location and outstanding service. The small room size might be a consideration for some, but the overall experience, thanks to the exceptional staff and convenient location, made my stay memorable.

This is the worst number of my life. I spent the night here as a family, with children. The room was so dirty that we couldn't use the toilet and bathroom. Everything they have in the photographs does not correspond to the real situation. They have two blocks of rooms. In the right block everything is very cool, but in the left block everything is terrible. Therefore, when you see ratings of 9 out of 10, keep in mind that you may be deceived. Breakfast is very poor. The staff is very rude. For the first time in my life, I saw that clients had to wait in line at the elevator and go up after the staff. It's horrible. Choose other hotels.
