It's in a safe building with elevator, emergency generator, doorman and pool in the rooftop with amazing city views.

It’s a two-bedroom apartment with its own kitchen and laundry area. Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom and closet. Behind the laundry area, we’ve set up a desk, a ceiling fan, and an ergonomic chair in what used to be the service room. It has its own toilet and shower. It’s mainly for short meetings and calls because it doesn’t have air conditioning.

Guests have access to the entire apartment, an assigned parking space, pool area, and gym. The building has two common areas, one for permanent residents and another for short-term rentals, so guests will only have access to the short-term rental pool, which is the one shown in our photos.
