A bit hard to understand where the hotel was located, both because there is a hotel nearby with the same name and then because the hotel is in a building but only on some floors! ”

“Fantastic location, walking distance to all the main sights of Florence, ranging from 3 to just 20 plus minutes. Yet it’s inside a quiet, safe street, but upon walking out we’re hit with tons of highly rated sandwich shops, restaurants and so on. Room is impeccably clean, beds are comfortable, toilet and shower are so spacious! Staff are also friendly and helpful, welcoming us warmly, always being on hand to respond to our queries, even booking a taxi for us to the train station on the last day....
