We booked a “caldera view” room with a hot tub at You & Me Suites based entirely on the advertised photos showing a private, unobstructed 180° volcano/caldera view. She genuinely cared about making our stay comfortable and even provided extra bottles of water, something that some much more expensive hotels we stayed at did not offer.
