âWe are so happy with our stay at Enigma. The view is amazing. The staff (specially Crissy and Eddie) was master class. So helpful and service minded. We are extremely glad over this hotel and will for sure come back here again and recommend it to our friends and family. â

Servicen var perfekt och frukt och vin stod pĂ„ rummet som vĂ€lkomstpresent. Frukosten serverades pĂ„ vĂ„r egen balkong med fantastisk utsikt. LĂ€get Ă€r perfekt, lugnt och fint, men endast nĂ„gra steg bort till pulsen i Fira! Hit Ă„tervĂ€nder vi hela veckan nĂ€sta gĂ„ng pĂ„ Santorini!â

âStaff were excellent. Property was clean and just above the steps from the port (which also means you are right above the donkeys âŠso you can smell them). The views are amazing. and itâs easy to walk around town. â
âWe had a nice time at this hotel and this is what we thought was good:
-service reception
-location, very good
-pool area
-dinner menu was good
This was unacceptable for a price at 400Euro a night:
-all pillows rock hard, impossible for anyone in the family to slep on. We rolled up towels as pillows
-beds, hard not standard for such a price
-Breakfast was ok, with lots of sweets, cakes, bread etc. unfortunately no vegetables or other healthy food to find.
-one of the air conditioners did not...
âWe had a wonderful stay! Pretty, quiet property right in the heart of Fira. While itâs bustling outside the gates, you donât hear it inside. Villa had two floors with a rooftop jacuzzi. Bed is on second level along with the door to the roof. Jacuzzi was wonderful each night upon returning. Reception staff were wonderful! Cheerful and very helpful with all our needs. I highly recommend Palmariva Villas! â
âAs is common for boutique hotels, what they might lack in facilities and professionalism, they make up in familiarity and personality.
I would stay there again if going back to Fira.
Make sure to reserve a room with a view of the Caldera, the sunset from the balcony is one of the best on Santorini.â

âWow, this was one of the best international hotel experiences I've ever had. The staff at the property was communicative prior to our arrival about arranging pickup at the port to bring us to the hotel, and met us promptly at the pickup point to walk us to the hotel. The room was gorgeous and clean, beyond expectations. We took the hotel's restaurant recommendations and are so glad we did! We wished we could have stayed longer! We had a very early 4:45am departure, and the staff made us...
âOnly problem is the property has a ant problem that needs to be looked after. The breakfast could be better aswell, and also the power went out during our stay due to a internal issue with the lighting switch in the bathroom. Host was awesome and location is amazing with breathtaking views and the pool is perfect aswell â

Ăverlag ett mycket trivsamt stĂ€lle med fin atmosfĂ€r. Boendet Ă€r inte helt nytt, vilket mĂ€rks pĂ„ nĂ„gra mindre detaljer â som en lös stege i poolen och en flĂ€kt i badrummet som satt lite löst. Det Ă€r smĂ„saker som gör att vi inte kan ge full pott, men det pĂ„verkar inte helhetsintrycket nĂ€mnvĂ€rt. Vi kan absolut rekommendera att bo hĂ€r!"
