Villa très bien situé au coeur du village de Megalochori, un espace de vie très agréable avec des chambres spacieuses, des dépendances permettant de ne pas être les uns sur les autres, un charme grec qui est présent et relaxant. Des équipements Sauna et Jacuzzi très apprécié, seul petit bémol malgré les équipements présents (four, plaque de cuisson), la possibilité de cuisiner... Des personnes pour la partie entretien ménager et techniques très discret, et agréable. Et notre contact pour toutes questions, aides et conseils disponible et très sympa.

The host, Chloe, and the cleaning/maintenance staff were all very helpful and accommodating. The wine village was such a special place to stay, with it's unique architecture, history, 4 bedrooms, spacious living space, and a beautiful courtyard. The place was clean, well maintained, and detailed, right down to the Ducato crest being on the robes that were provided. It is conveniently located in Megalochori near the square and many amenities. Staying at this property was an incredible experience.

Unique and spacious property. Property manage was very helpful and friendly. Stay was very restful and comfortable. Has a yoga retreat vibe. Plenty of space and very clean. Wish we could’ve stayed here longer. The surrounding area was also very beautiful and easy to explore on foot. Good amenities. Can easily recommend to anyone and would stay here again.

Maria is amazing

Having never been to Santorini and wanting to escape real life we couldn’t have stayed at a better hotel. From before arriving to leaving every experience was top notch. Maria helped coordinate all of our transportation, activities and allowed us a late checkout. Our villa was breathtaking and offered us the utmost privacy.

We loved the property and the pool which is much larger than in the pictures. For a family of 5 the property was good size and Maria was excellent. She was quick to answer our questions and organise things for us. The restaurants around are very good and the Family bakery is very convenient for essentials and for a quick snack.

We stayed in two different villas and each one was beautiful, comfortable, and unique. What truly made the experience outstanding was Chloe, who managed every detail of our stay with incredible care and professionalism. From arranging early check-in, transportation, and restaurant recommendations to making sure everything ran smoothly, she went above and beyond to make our trip special. The location in Megalochori is perfect for experiencing a quieter and more authentic side of Santorini while still being close to everything. We would highly recommend Ducato Wine Hotel to anyone visiting Santorini, and a special thank you to Chloe for helping make our stay unforgettable!

The property was beautiful and our group loved how authentic it felt. The pool was well maintained and there was plenty of space for 10 people. Maria was a wonderful host and helped arrange transportation for us. The surrounding town of Megalochori is small but quiet and significantly less crowded than Fira or Oia, but the trade-off is that there are no spectacular views, and fewer dining options. Note, only some of the bedrooms have air conditioning.

Très agréable séjour de 3 jours au calme dans villa individuelle au coeur d'un village typique, personnel disponible et prévenant, petit déjeuner local très appréciable et dépaysant (à prendre dans un restaurant à proximité appartenant au même propriétaire). Faire attention lors de la réservation car plusieurs villas toutes différentes (photos sur le site avec nom)

Det var et super ophold vi havde i en af Ducati Hotels Villaer. Super service. Fik er værelse før tid, da vi ankom meget tidligt om morgenen. Super sted med fræk lille pool. Lille plads i gåafstand med især en rigtig god restaurant.

Lovely little town/village. Check in was chaotic, after finding the villa (which has no sign) we were told to go to a bar, only to be brought back to the villa. The villa itself is fine, it’s old and definitely rustic, however there are some major problems, despite having modern bathrooms, there’s no hook to attach the shower head to, meaning we had to use a plastic bag to tie it to a beam. There are air conditioning units, but no instructions (although help was provided when we asked), the rooms are not air tight meaning it’s absolutely impossible to keep away from mosquitoes. Breakfast (10-12) is in a local bar and whilst filling and substantial is an utterly chaotic affair with a coffee taking 20+ minutes to come. The only bin was in the bathroom which meant plastic bottles etc are in with used toilet paper. The owners were however polite and helpful and ever ready to respond including via WhatsApp.

Villa magnifique en plein coeur du village de Melochori. Piscine agréable Accueil irreprochable de Tasos et son collègue qui ont organisé nos transferts depuis le port et vers l l'aéroport. Petit dejeuner tres bon au restaurant raki. Je recommande.

Megalochori, what a beautiful surprise!

When I booked this villa in Megalochori, I knew very little about the location. We just fell in love with the architecture and really wanted to stay in a cave house. To our surprise, this village was my favourite. So quaint, quiet, and authentic, one really gets a feel for rural life in Greece. I could have stayed forever! The villa does not disappoint either. Ample room for the 7 of us travelers. Clean sheets and towels, wifi is good when outside. The courtyard pool was perfect! Our host was a "whatsapp" message away with really good response time. Only two things to mention, one, I booked through VRBO in January and never did I receive confirmation. I could see that my VISA was charged but no written confirmation. This was a little unsettling. Three or four emails also sent were unanswered. I was finally sent an email about 4 weeks prior to​ departure, asking​ if we needed a van to pick us up from the port of Santorini. YES! From there, all was fantastic! Secondly, some of the photos in the VRBO listing are not of this property. I was under the impression that we were located much closer to the caldera as some photos suggest. - None the less, I would go back in a heartbeat​!

Villas and Wine

We arrived for our check in and we were greeted by Nerri who was our concierge for our stay. We were stunned by the gorgeous villa. It is in the wine part of Santorini away from the hustle and bustle. Everyone there was extremely friendly and the food and wine was amazing. Nerri made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. Perfect location.

Merveilleux !

Nous avons passés un excellent séjour en famille dans cette villa magnifique et bien entretenue ! Loins de la foule et dans un superbe petit village pittoresque, beaucoup de petits restaurants à proximités. Nerri est très gentil et participe au bien être de notre séjour !merci encore. Seul point négatif pour la villa: impossibilité de se servir du coin cuisine et pas de clim mais ventilateurs dans toutes les chambres et température agréable dans la villa. Havre de paix
