“This is a room to remember! It is apparently new judging from the pristine condition and stylish modern amenities. The private hot tub on the patio is a welcome amenity after a long day of sightseeing and port wine tasting. The view out the windows is pastoral and inviting. Its just a short distance from the town, but its not practical to walk anywhere from here so we recommend if you have a car or are happy to use rideshares. The driveway entrance is non-descript so pics are below to help...

“My wife and I celebrated our 25 year wedding anniversary at the Quinta. It's location made it convenient to visit local museums, wineries and Churches. The location also allowed us to explore many nearby small towns for amazing meals and to meet lovely people. Porto is only ~1.4hrs by tollway, which is 90% of the travel. We highly recommend taking the train, just across the Douro in Régua, out to Pocinho for a relaxing lunch and walk around the quaint town before returning. The railway view...

“Magnifique accueil d'Isabel, la maison est très bien, très propre et très calme. Chaque question reçoit une réponse sympathique, Isabel est à l'écoute et au service de ses clients, elle a toujours le sourire et est très disponible. L'accès au village est un peu périlleux, mais la vue sur la vallée vaut bien qu'on s'en donne la peine !! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir car la vallée du Douro est magnifique ! Ne pas manquer la croisière sur le Douro depuis Regua, situé à quelques kilomètres...
