“We had a wonderful stay on this property. The grounds are beautifully kept and the cottage was well equipped and comfortable. The location is extremely convenient, close to the airport, 5 minutes to a supermarket and 5 minutes to a gorgeous beach. Our hosts were wonderful and answered any questions we might have had. “We came to the Azores for my daughter's wedding. My wife picked out this place from the pic's on your site. The place far surpassed the photos. Have never seen grounds that were so beautiful and the cottage was just as nice. Great owners, friendly neighbors. Easy access to the highway. “It’s a beautiful setting in the garden. The home is roomy and cozy, it has everything you need. It had a musty smell which is typical, I kept the windows open always which got rid of the smell. Windows have screens which is much appreciated! It is below another apartment so you do hear some footsteps and noise. This is why I didn’t give it full stars. You can sometimes hear dogs and loud cars in the distance but it’s not too bothersome.”
