Fritidshus i São Tomé

“When I checked in I was basically thrown a key and shown to my room. Don't know if they remembered me from the previous stay a few days earlier but either way they should have made an effort to describe amenities and so on. This visit I ate dinner at the restaurant and while the food was good I had to wait over an hour from ordering until the meal was served. The outdoor seating is facing the road outside the hotel and made it a less enjoyable experience. On my final day I had a night flight...

“- No sand beach - only rocks - but yes, a pool. - Renovation is needed. - Very expensive. - ‘Junior suite’ is a joke - an extra small room with a sofa - no window. - Nobody speak (or understand) simple English. - We booked ‘with view over the sea’. Ha - behind all the palm trees!! - Sunny and warm climate - that’s why we came for (good for the extremely poor Sao Tome people).”

“I arrived early in the evening and all the lights were off. Door was locked. No reception. My kind taxi driver called the hotel and after 5 minutes a young man appeared. He didn't speak any English at all. He was kind and took me to my room. He was about to leave me to myself, when I asked if I shouldn't officially check-in or sign something. He then took me to his boss who was in another room. He didn't speak English either but he spoke some French. He was also kind and helpful and helped me...

Jedenfalls weigerte sich der Patron uns das gebuchte Zimmer zu geben. Er wollte uns in eine 14m2 Kammer „abschieben“. Oder wir sollen das Hotel am besten verlassen. Nach...

“Prijs, ligging, comfort; erg goed. Eén ding zou echt opgelost moeten worden: de niet goed sluitende en heel erg krakende toiletdeur; de scharnieren moeten met een oliespuitje behandeld worden.”

“Great hospitality. Manager is incredibly friendly and staff was extremely professional. Very clean environment”

“I had a very good time here, got a lot of service and information from the family and in fact almost felt like a family member.”
