"We were satisfied! We tried every restaurant except Sabor. Nouvelle Brasserie and Carvaja were our favorites. Great service from the staff, they were very helpful - special shout out to Carolina from the Guest Experience desk. The spa was amazing with an amazing view. A plus is that the resort is very close to one of the hiking trails. Improvements? The drinks at the bars were a mixed bag. Ordered Granita one day and it was like a slush, the other day the bartender just put some ice cubes in and mixed it with juices and stirred. That's not a Granita! One bar served an amazing frozen fruity Daqiuri (The Desire) but the same bar mentioned above just put the drink and some ice in the mixer for five seconds and then served it? Wildly inconsistent tastes of some drinks we tried more than once, for example the Madeira Colada could be either the best drink at the resort or a measly meh. The juices at the breakfast were also very bad. The resort should do something about guests hogging sunbeds for hours, just leaving some stuff there and not being present. One company seemingly had sun beds claimed over the night even. Overall, we were satisfied. "

"Vi var tre par som bodde fem nätter på Reid's Palace i augusti 2025. Klassiskt hotell med klassisk charm! Vi var alla sex personer otroligt nöjda. Bra läge med fantastisk personal. Maten var otroligt bra. Vi åt på två av restaurangerna. Frukosten är också fantastisk. Trevligt poolområde, enkel tillgång om man vill bada i havet. Jag har noterat att en del gäster klagat på att hotellet är daterat, visst badrummen är inte supermoderna, men det är kvalitet och otroligt välunderhållet. Men om man tror att det här är skall vara ett modernt Dubai hotell, så bor man på fel ställe. Ibland när man bor på fem stjärniga hotell så kan det vara så snobbigt att man nästan känner sig obekväm, så var det absolut inte på Reid's, här kände man sig välkommen och trevligt bemött överallt.
