Denna rymliga lägenhet med 2 sovrum på 2 våningen, 2 badrum är perfekt för en familj på fyra och ligger mindre än två kvarter från de sandiga vita stränderna på Holmes Beach på ön Anna Maria. Det bekvämt belägna lägenhetskomplexet erbjuder ett paradis som miljö med frodig landskapsarkitektur och en gemensam uppvärmd pool med solstolar och picknickområde.

I Beach View # 7 kan du koppla av och njuta av TV i vardagsrummet eller från sovrummen. Gratis WiFi finns också. Om du vill uppleva ren avkoppling är Beach View platsen för dig!

Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng och en drottning i gästrummet. Efter en dag på stranden kan du varva ner på den skärmad Lanai precis utanför vardagsrummet och sovrummet.

Den närliggande allmänna stranden har volleybollplaner och lekplats utrustad med gungor. Här hittar du även Anna Maria Island Café som serverar frukost, lunch och middag. De har en liten Tiki Bar som serverar öl, frusna vin och en presentbutik som säljer strandkläder och souvenirer.

But AMI is still a wonderful old Florida style vacation location.The team of Florida Dream Realty of AMI is very, professional, helpfull und customer-focused. Despite some issues with the vacation home, which was beyond their control, they immediately did everything they could to assist and appease the problem. Reviewer Comments: We had a lovely relaxing 19 night stay at Beach View #7 and a very favourable experience dealing with Florida Dreams Realty; we had a couple of issues on checking in and they sent Kevin their lovely maintenance guy round almost immediately to resolve what turned out to be our ineptitude coupled with jetlag I think!!The condo is very comfortable and has everything you need. We loved the two lanais and pool which is where we spent most of our time. The location of being so close to the beach, trolley and Publix was also a positive for us. Almost don't want to post a review and keep this gem a secret!

Location. Has everything we needed. We couldn't get the Wi-Fi network to show up on our phones. Wasn't a big deal as we have unlimited data but not sure what was going on with that. Hard to get the shower water temperature to adjust to not too hot or not too cold in the master bathroom. Clean but is probably due for a deep clean dusty behind the beds and in the corners. Loved the lanai's and the pool came in very handy because of the red tide on our last 2 days there.Thermostat complicated and difficult to understand. Had to call for help with that but maintenance man was quick to arrive and helpful.

Beach View #7

This condo was amazing even being on the 3rd floor. It was clean, plenty of room for the 5 of us, had a washer & dryer, and tons of beach amenities! We also loved the screened in patios. The only thing that was a little inconvenient was the electrical outlets in both bathrooms didn't work. We were close to the beach and having Publix across the street was a huge plus. Overall, 5 stars!

Everything you need is provided, appliances, dishes, beach towels, beach toys such as umbrella & wagon. The grocery store is directly across the street. The beach is about 1.5 blocks walking distance but there is a wagon to load up all your supplies. The kids loved the pool. You can sit on the lanai and have direct view of people in the pool. Lots of space with a KING bed, QUEEN bed and the couches. Nice furniture and beautiful kitchen. Highly recommend this condo.

Perfect location and well equipped rental

The condo was located on the center of the island. We loved being near the grocery store and Skinny's (for burgers) and we didn't use our rental car all week. The central location made it easy to get around on bikes all week (and not get stuck in traffic). The beach was a five minute walk and very convenient. The condo seems to have been recently renovated. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were comfortable, there were thoughtful details like a drying rack for wet beach towels. It was nice to have beach towels, chairs, and a cart provided. We got a lot of use out of the two porches and the water in the pool was nice and warm. Overall just a really nice place to stay on such a beautiful and fun island.

This was a very comfortable place to stay within convenient walking distance of stores, church and the beach. Just hope they don’t raise the price like so many other places!

Bedrooms are big and beds are really nice.Location is fantastic,close to the beach and great restaurants and stores. Pool tends to get a bit crowded but it was not an issue for us.
