Central Sarasota Family Home w/ Heated Pool!

Kick back and relax in this 2/1 family home central to so much of Sarasota! Just a block east of Ed Smith Stadium (Orioles spring training), you're also only 10 minutes to downtown Sarasota and 15-20 minutes of Siesta Key and Lido Key Beaches!

This home has everything you need to kick back and relax while visiting the area! The kids will love the pool, and it can be heated for a low fee ($15/day). Kick back, relax, and enjoy your time in Sarasota living like a local!

The home is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath with an optionally heated pool and fenced in private backyard. You will feel at home here and enjoy being close to all of the best things that Sarasota has to offer!

Enjoy your morning coffee on the screened in front porch or screened in pool lanai! When you enter through the front door, you're immediately in the comfortable and cozy living room. Here you will find a comfortable, overstuffed leather couch and arm chair, as well as a big screen TV and entertainment enter that is full of great books you are welcome to borrow! There is also a small desk and comfy chair in the living room, in case you need to work while you're here. High speed internet is available throughout the home. Please note that the TV does not have cables. You can use your accounts to log in to Hulu, Netflix, HBO, Prime, etc. and there is live TV available through the Roku channel!

To the left of the living room is the kitchen with an eat-in dining table that easily seats 6! The kitchen has all that you need to cook some great meals while you're here, or to hold your snacks and drinks you need for pool days :)

Off of the kitchen leads right to the garage. The garage is mostly used for owner storage (no room for guests to park cars) but there is a washer and dryer here in the garage that guests are free to use!

Around the corner from the kitchen are the two bedrooms and one bathroom.

The bathroom has plenty of storage and a gorgeous walk-in stone shower. Bathroom essentials are provided: shampoo, conditioner, and body wash as well as a few rolls of toilet paper to get you started!

Bedroom 1 is of good size and holds two twin sized beds, as well as a large closet with plenty of hanging space as well as shelving to store folded items. Please note, these twin beds are lower to the ground- very ideal for young kids but perhaps not ideal for elderly.

Bedroom 2 has a comfortable king size bed as well as a TV. You can also find a large closet with plenty of hanging space and shelving to store folded items. Please note that this king bed is higher off the ground.

Off of the living room at the back of the house, there is a sliding glass door that leads you right to the screened in pool patio and lanai! There is a large storage closet that holds pool floats, towels, umbrellas for the beach, etc. There is a sitting area with a coffee table and chairs that is covered by the roof, and then just beyond in the sun is a dining table with seating for 4 and an umbrella, 2 lay-down sun loungers, and 2 rocking chairs... and then of course, the pool!! The pool can be heated for a fee of $15/day. If you'd like to use it, we will send the charge through the platform and will give you the code so you can unlock and use it during your stay.

All of the home is yours during your stay.. there will be no one else on the property! There are a few locked closets in the home that house the cleaners supplies, and as earlier mentioned there are some of the owners items stored in the garage that are not for guest use (but guests are welcome to use the washer and dryer in the garage!)
