  • Kokos Bayou är en 3 sovrum, 3. 5 bad Key West stil skönhet med alla bekvämligheter du kan tänka dig. Köket är underbart och rymligt - en dröm för varje kock som gillar att laga mat. Alla rum är utrustade med TV och höghastighetsinternet. Huset är fullt utrustat med allt du behöver. Njut av den främre och bakre veranda, den rymliga poolen med ett par solstolar runt det. Hyr en kajak eller paddleboard och ta av direkt från din egen privata brygga! Huset sover bekvämt 6 personer på nästan 2500 kvadratmeter. Utsikt över Bayou från balkongen i det rymliga sovrummet med en fantastisk utsikt. En strandvagn, strandhanddukar, solstolar och ett paraply tillhandahålls för din bekvämlighet. Amazing vacation!

The company was fast to respond to any questions we had and it’s dog friendly/fenced in. It’s just 1 block back from the beach which was perfect for a little quiet time and off the main road. A fantastic place

This home was immaculate, a fabulous location close to beach and Pine St and property management very helpful. Be advised there are many,many stairs! The pool and hot tub very nice. And we had access to double garage for parking. We have been going to AMI for several years and this may be the nicest home we have rented.

Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay on Coconut Ave. The house is located in a perfect spot-two blocks from the beach and two blocks from shops and restaurants. Kitchen was well equipped and several chairs and a wagon were provided for the beach. Floats for the pool were included as well. Would be great to provide some activities for teens such as a ping pong table or games in the very large, empty garage area like other houses in the area.

Beautiful house on AMI

Lovely house in a quiet section of the island, close to the beach and shops. The only knock I have is that the hot tub jets didn't work and no one fixed it in the 5 days we were there (someone came by but didn't know how to fix it, kinda insinuated that i might have broken it and then said a pool tech was coming out but a guy showed up just to clean the pool and didn't fix the jets). There really should be an instruction sheet on how to operate the system, but who knows if that would have helped since it was most likely broken. If you don't mind not having a working hot tub, this place is great. Also, hot water was a premium for the showers ao I'm not sure if the water heater is fully functional.

The house was really nice, and is located about two blocks from the beach, which was easy to walk to and took no more than 5 minutes. Unfortunately for us, a hurricane hit just off the coast from us, so we only were able to have one nice day on the beach before being confined to the house the rest of our trip because of the weather. The one day we had on the beach was fantastic though. Beach is beautiful, and the sunsets are great. The house had everything we needed, and had the weather been better we would have enjoyed being able to use the pool when we got back from the beach.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time staying at Coconut Bayou! The location was excellent with close proximity to the beaches and Pine Ave. We have four children under the age of 11 and although we rented a golf cart (recommended!), it was also an easy walk to the gulf side beach with actual beach access and parking (which can be hard to find). We were also close to all the fun shops and restaurants, but far enough away that we had quiet privacy at the rental house. The house itself has rather dated decor, but is otherwise in good condition and had all the amenities we needed for our 10 day stay. The outside pool and hot tub area was great and used daily! We did have an issue the first day with heating the hot tub, but a quick call the the management company had it resolved in a very timely manner. We were impressed with their service. Overall, we had a great time at this home and I would rent it again in the future.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We prefer the north end of the island and this was perfect. We were two blocks from the beach in one direction and Pine Ave. in the other. The home is very spacious. There are some areas that could use a little "refreshing". The couch and kitchen chairs are showing their age and need to be replaced. The house has a Nest thermostat and I reset the temperature several times a day (it seems that it reset to apx. 80 fairly often) so that it would be more comfortable for us. I contacted the office about operating the spa and was told to follow the directions posted next to the controls but there wasn't anything posted. I told them this, so I hope that has been rectified. Maintenance stopped by to pick up something that had been left and was very accommodating showing us how to operate everything. There are a lot of stairs...not necessarily a problem, just something to be aware of. It was great being able to bring our fur babies. (Dogs aren't allowed on the beach, but that wasn't an issue for us.) Florida Dreams was great to deal with, both before we arrived and after we got there answering questions/concerns in a timely manner. Overall, we were pleased with the property.

Awesome home! Quiet area, and so close to the beach. Pool and spa were so fun and relaxing. We’re already thinking of another trip to AMI and if we do we won’t even search for another property if this one is available for the dates we choose.
