Cozy & Relaxing Home next to Siesta Key

You'll have a great time at this cozy, peaceful house next to Siesta Key. Have fun with the whole family at this stylish home that is just minutes away from the beach. Great location very close to downtown and beaches, with lots of stores and restaurants. The property is about a 5 minute drive from the beach, it is not walking distance.

This house sleeps a total of 8 people. 2 bedrooms (one master sleeping 2 people, bunk bed bedroom can sleep up to 5 people, and the living room has a sleeper sofa that can sleep 1-2 people. 2 bathrooms with showers. Self check-in with keypad lock. There is self parking available for free right in the driveway in front of the house.

This space is very peaceful and bright. The layout provides space for friends and family to enjoy their time together.

There is a full kitchen available for your use. It includes brand new appliances as well as all the necessities you may need for them. The refrigerator will always be stocked with fresh and cold water bottles for our guests. When you walk in you will also find a welcome basket with snacks. In the cabinets you will find everything you will need for dining and all the baking and cooking utensils you could possibly need.

The master bathroom also has a laundry room inside of it available to your use any time.

There is a TV in the living room that has Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, and ESPN+ all provided for you.

The home does have wifi which will be provided to you when you book.

The master bedroom has a TV as well that includes all of the streaming services above. Your bed will always have fresh linens when you arrive.

There is a lanai area in the front of the home with outdoor seating for you to enjoy. There is also a white gate to the right of the home that leads to a beachy hang out spot including a fire pit with chairs, lots of seating, and games. On the side of the home there is also an outdoor dining area on the deck and a barbecue grill available for your use.

This home is very close to the water. Just minutes away from some of the best beaches in Florida.

Overall, very disappointed with this rental. It is a duplex, which is not clearly noted in the listing. The property is run down and has multiple items that are broken. All of the patio furniture was broken, there were nails in the grass, and the front screen door was about to fall off.Very few dishes, all of which are glass, so if you are traveling with children bring your own plastic.

Cute Home

The home is in a nice area and a short drive to the beach. We were in town for a wedding, so we really didn't need the outdoor space (consider these things when viewing my pros/cons). Considering there is only one review I'd guess this is a newer listing so I think with some minor fixes, this will be a perfect spot. Pros - Large inviting space Appliances appeared brand new, we didn't cook as we were out everyday Close to the beachs Pets allowed (big + for our family) Host very prompt with replies Cons Livingroom sleeping Sofa was different from listing pictures and was not a sleeper sofa/bed. Listing states sleeps 8 but we had 7 and not enough beds due to the sofa not being a bed Outdoor/backyard furniture was broken and had mildew (its FL and hot/rainy I understand how this can happen). No real cleaning supplies - its hard to clean up without a broom, mop, cleaners. (Dish soap, 1 roll of paper towels, cordless vaccum and dishwasher packs were provided) With all the sand from the beach and pets, a broom would be very helpful Bad sink/shower drainage Other things to note (not big issues but things to consider) Listing said water in the fridge and a basket of snacks - those were not there upon arrival A/C seems to be on a timer, so when we would return in the evening the house would be 80 and we'd have to turn it back down. This is a double unit, so shared outdoor space if both units are being rented out. All in all it was a nice space and we'd stay again.
